Avoid!!
I wish I had seen these reviews before using this site. It has taught me a valuable lesson: always stick to reliable platforms like Booking.com or Airbnb, even if they are more expensive—at least they’re not a scam.
I booked through this site, and the host canceled the reservation. For the past three weeks, I have been in constant contact with customer support trying to get my money back. Initially, I spoke with an agent named Ammar, who, to be fair, was the only helpful person. He managed to get part of my refund processed. However, since then, I’ve been chasing the remaining amount with no success.
All I get are excuses like, ‘It’s now with a special team,’ or ‘You’ll receive it soon,’ but nothing ever happens. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I will never use this site again. Avoid it at all costs
