My work bike was in a desperate need of a service and new parts ready for the winter months.
I had no confidence in the bike shops in Norwich through bad experiences.
I was told about this new bike shop in Norwich that had good reviews.
So I popped in with my bike and was impressed with how professional, knowledgeable and passionate about bikes they were.
Every thing is clear and transparent in the information given.
The two guys in the Norwich shop are pleasant professional and polite great guys.
A huge thank you to them for given me back a new bike.

I was on a bike tour of Suffolk, Norfolk and Lincolnshire when I suffered a catastrophic bottom bracket issue. Fettle Norwich came to the rescue and were able to diagnose the issue, source a replacement part and fit all within a couple of hours. Sam and his team literally saved my holiday ! Communication and price were excellent. Highly recommend !

I had to call 7 service to get a bike fixed. Fettle was the 8th ,when I told then over the phone what's wrong they told me what could be the problem than they strait away told me I can take the bike in same day or next days which I did .At the shop they looked at it and I have been in few service in the past but I realised that Fettle is the real one.They told me what need then they confirmed after inspection through txt .They give me options with price and advise which actually made sence not like others before.And within3 days the bike was ready.But 3 because they ordered parts and that had to arrive .They told me what can go wrong and why and give such a good advise regarding bike use .
If I could I would give 6 start because they deserve.First time I feel that I should pay more because what they did its worth much more how much I payed

Dropped my bike off in the morning, 1 1/2 hours later it was fixed. No booking required. Excellent, honest service. Will certainly be using this bike shop again.

The front of house staff are friendly and the service was efficient but around 25% higher cost for a simple brake replacement than initially discussed which I think is a mismanagement of expectation and soured what would have otherwise been a decent experience. We discussed their process and it was explained to me there would be a "free health check" which I accepted as part of their process and I explained I just wanted the brakes replaced. When I received the initial quote they had priced me to replace the cogs the tyres, cables, chain some other stuff to the total of £280 which I complained about and reiterated my intention to only have the brakes changed. On the initial conversation I was given to understanding that it would be around £50 and it was above £70 when I received the revised quote with a labour charge of £40 for 30 mins work. Obviously I expect a labour fee but why say it's going to be around £50? That's impossible with a £40 labour charge and a couple of part replacements. I felt like they won my business with a friendly approach and reassurance of price but altered the deal and I wonder how many people are paying for additional repairs they don't want or really need because their "expert" opinion suggested it.

It's not just the expertise but the kindness and conversation while it's all happening! Josh and Sam are awesome.
