Easy to park outside the workshop, staff helped taking the bike in (which is quite heavy) was kept up-to-date throughout with progress and the work requested was done (service plus a few specific items. Very happy with both staff, but dealt mainly with Calum who was courteous and helpful.

I have visited the shop on many occasions for various reasons such as my replacing my chainset, Fixing my Di2, or Building up new wheelsets and every time the team did an amazing job. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and at a very affordable price.

What I really appreciate is how friendly and helpful everyone is every time I stop by. They always take the time to guide me and make sure I’m buying the right products and spare parts when something needs replacing. It’s clear they really care about their customers and their bikes.

I can’t recommend Nelson and Fettle more highly. My bike sat on an indoor trainer during lockdown resulting in huge corrosion issues and a variety of other ailments too long to list here. Suffice to say I have taken delivery today of what feels like a new bike which is very exciting! The communication was always top notch and Nelson tried to source parts as cheaply and quickly as he could bearing in mind logistics of Canyon being in Germany.
I’m convinced he can fix any bike issue considering the near terminal state of my bike when I first dropped it into him!

Took bike in for a warranty fix from Canyon. They dealt with the all the dialogue with Canyon and fixed the issue quickly. As they say - Faff-free. Really convenient to have parking as well 👌🏼

I got my e-bike repaired at Fettle by a technician named Nelson. He was fast, professional, and very friendly. Fixed the issue quickly and got me back on the road. Really appreciate the great service!

The Edinburgh team has been a great help every time I visit the shop. They offer great service at a reasonable price and always provide me with great advice. Highly recommend this shop for any kind of service or repair that your bikes or e-bikes need.

I had a good talk with Nelson before the work on my bike was started, and he identified a few issues I hadn't, so it was good to get a proper assessment of the repairs needed. The bike was beautifully cleaned before I collected it too. I will happily go back to Nelson and his colleague at Fettle for any future repairs.

Friendly, helpful mechanics, who took on a repair other bike shops declined. They were realistic about what might be required for my 18 year old bike, explained the options, managed comms and cost well and hooray, their plan worked! My old Kalkhoff bike is back on the road after a service, a new gear shift, and much tlc. Big grin on my face as I cycled home.
