He quickly assessed why my bike was rattling and provided thorough information about various options for service and upgrade of parts with no sense at all of pushing a sale. Highly recommend and will return to them if I decide to proceed.
Wonderful - Fettle Bath
I've been an avid bike rider for years had many bikes but never a service as great as this! I'm not only satisfied but elated at the quality and outcome of my experience. Entirely due to the team that work there. John was my mechanic. He obviously knows what he is doing and offers a warm and friendly service that you don't find often. Whoever runs the business should be very proud of the lads that work there. I love my bike and I rely on it every day. These guys understand that. They're quick, easy to communicate with and smart.

The communication is seamless, text reminders are very helpful. The mechanic I had was fantastic, very friendly, ran me through and showed me some of the parts he could fix easily (alignment) and was happy to engage in conversation. Highly recommend!
Amazing customer service
Cant fault the service. Portal is great as it kees you updated across the whole service.
Had a phone call an hour after i dropped the bike off to tell me what needed doing and a breakdown of the costs. Bike looks brand new and cant wait to get it back on the road.
