Scam scammers still awaiting a refund reported to our bank, financial ombudsman and to trust pilot still online still scamming people avoid !!!!!

I ordered a tumble dryer that never arrived. I asked for a refund and got a reply that they've issued a refund and i will receive it in 5 business days. That was mid-April 2025. Still no sign of a refund and since then none of my emails get answered by the Sales person Lara Connolly. Their website does not load up anymore. Fetstore is a scam

placed an order and payed for it - still awaiting delivery Tried contacting -phone doesn't respond & no one answers emails -receipt on confirmation of payment by a Laura Connelly no reply there either = total shambles and credit card company now involved in matter of investigation goods were due for arrival on 29/05/2025 - no show and no explanation?? steer well clear folks

Ordered a ride on lawnmower on 16th April after checking for poor reviews and if the site was a scam. The price was good for the mower at around £1200 so ordered and paid (thankfully) by Barclaycard. BECAME A LITTLE CONCERNED when the card payment was to a car parts supplier but even they checked out as being legit. Mower never arrived on the scheduled date of 5th May and all attempts to contact Fetstore go unanswered. Did some checking on the delivery company which according to Companies House has one director from Bulgaria and is registered as being dormant. Barclaycard are now investigating.

definatly con merchants they used various addresses but i am not permitted to show them

they took me for £1220 for a lawn mower that never arived none of the contact emails existed / unfortunatly they still advertise on GOOGLE and are just riping people off fortunatly i paid with a credit card and have been reimbursed by the bank

We have been scammed out of £1200 for a ride on lawnmower that never showed up. You cannot contact the company. Halifax is now involved in a dispute over our purchase. AVOID.

Scam- They give you a long lead date so it's harder to get your money back. Numbers and emails don't work. Thankfully I paid with Amex who are investigating. The company that takes the money is Techfarm solutions with company director KUWAK, Klaudiusz Lukasz from Birmingham. The tracking they send is also a fake company with a similar name to a real courier

We have been scammed as well, ordered and paid for a sit on mower. Delivery date changed 3 times. Telephone numbers unobtainable, no replies to emails or live chat.
Keep away from this company is what I suggest from our experience.

Our lawnmower arrived just on time! They do deliver super quick here, which is great, as our last machine broke down and our grass was just growing wildly for the past week... the new mower is a reliable tool and we are very happy!

Nothing negative to point out really. They delivered as promised and the price was pretty awesome. I can recommend them and will be back once more. Thank you.

A couple of people have recommended this store to me and I finally gave in. Placed my order on Monday evening, received it on Thursday morning. Nothing but a pleasure, very convenient process. Thanks!

Absolutely awful! My husband ordered a ride on lawn mower nearly 2 months ago, the delivery date has been pushed back 3 times. They have emailed us to say its delayed but when we email them there is no reply. The phone numbers online arent real and we are out of pocket of £1200. DO NOT USE
None of the negative reviews were on here when we ordered it but there is now 10+ saying the same thing happened to them

I knew they were quick to deliver but I still didn't expect it to get my package within 2 days. Can't fault these guys! Thanks a ton.

The price was great IMO, so was the delivery. I am happy with the service. They could have add express shipping options like Amazon has, that would be even better.

I have been scammed as well I purchased a stiga lawnmower which has not shown up and they will not reply to me. I am now taking it up with Barclays fraud department and trading standards

Hard to find better places for lamps here in the UK. They took care packaging the order safely and it arrived fast too. Very happy! 5/5

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. LIKE OTHERS ORDERED A RIDE ON DUE TO BE DELIVERED TODAY. NO CONFORMATION EMAIL. CONTACT NUMBERS DO NOT WORK. ON LINE CHAT DOES NOT WORK. INFO EMAIL DOES NOT WORK. THE ONLY TIME I DIDN'T CHECK THE REVIEWS! HAVE STARTED LEGAL RECOVERY OF FUNDS. AVOID!

No trouble, everything arrived on time and in a good condition. The price was good, no complaints on our side. Thanks again!

They scammed me for a large amount of money pretending to be a ride on lawnmower provider. I engaged my bank and thankfully they recovered my payment.

Do not trust this supplier. I wish I had read other reviews of this Fetstore. I would not have touched them with a barge pole.

We had an emergency in our hands and needed a water heater. Fetstore had a good price and delivered pretty quickly so we went with them. Can't complain, everything promised was delivered and we are happy with our purchase.
