I initially had high hopes for this leash. The material seemed sturdy, waterproof, and the length was perfect for my needs. However, my experience has been anything but satisfactory.

Less than two months after purchase, the leash began to unscrew itself during walks, which is incredibly frustrating and unsafe. I reached out to the company's post-sale service, hoping for a quick resolution. They assured me that they would send replacement screws, but 2 months later, I am still waiting. Despite sending three follow-up emails, I have yet to receive any response.

It's a real shame that such a well-designed product is let down by poor quality control and non-existent customer service. I cannot recommend this leash or the company behind it unless they significantly improve both their product durability and their responsiveness to customers.

I am very pleased with my order of treats, the quality of the treats look really good. It was well packed by Will and my dog is already tucking in to the chicken.

I would keep ordering more, and please make some liver jerky! Also, thinner strips of the chicken jerky would be great so that I can snap them up into smaller pieces. Thanks!
