Unreliable logistics, do not order from them!
I ordered some gift boxes on 06/06/2024. They were supposed to be delivered on 12/06/2024. I received tracking info (DPD) on 11/06/2024 but on 14/06/2024 tracking still showed no goods had actually been shipped. Then tracking showed I would receive my parcel on 17/06/2024. I stayed home to receive my parcel but nobody showed up. Tracking did show the goods had been delivered at 13:14 on 17/06/2024 but that is not true. I immediately tried to contact both DPD and Fet but none of them responded to my emails or calls. I will file a claim with my bank to get my money back.
Update 18/06/2024: I was contacted by the people who received my package. It was delivered to the wrong street and house number a couple of blocks away from my address. They too were unable to contact DPD to report the mistake. DPD did not get back to me.
Fet a Soller did finally respond to my request for help and apologized for the delayed response.
The ordered products are wonderful and very well presented. They will make for some wonderful gifts.
Too bad the company uses an unreliable logistics partner as this was not the first time one of my DPD parcels went missing.
