Keine Kontaktmöglichkeit, keine Rückerstattung

Genau wie meine "Vorrednerin" hatte ich die gleiche Erfahrung. Trotz Ansässigkeit in Deutschland, Widerrufsrecht und Rückgaberegelung bekommt man bei Rücksendung einfach sein Geld nicht mehr zurück. Kundenservice ist nicht existent, reagiert über Monate nicht - Telefonnummer ist nicht vergeben, emails werden nicht beantwortet, Social Media Kanäle ebenfalls tot. Tipp für Rückerhalt des Geldes - den Betrag bei PayPal/Klarna/Kreditkartenanbieter geltend machen - hat für mich funktioniert! Der Shop hat sich nie geäußert.

Keine Rückerstattung wie angegeben!

Ich habe hier zwei Jacken bestellt.
Lieferzeit über 6 Wochen..
Habe davon eine behalten und die andere auf meine Kosten zurückgeschickt. Leider habe ich nach fast einem Jahr noch immer kein Geld zurück erhalten!
Ebenfalls reagiert niemand auf meine E-Mails !!!
