The Christmas ornament I ordered, which appears online as a 3D replication of a medieval illustration, came as a two-sided color print, sandwiched together and coated with a clear coat. It is NOT a figurine as the online image led me to believe, but a flat printout of the illustration. Dubious advertising. Beware.
I ordered two small cardinals ornaments. My bank was charged and they tell me they have no order for me. I provided proof of my bank charge and still nothing. Not a reputable company.
I had an issue with my order and asked about it. They were quick to reply and help me rectify the issue. was impressed with the results.
