I've had a similar experience to everyone else with Festicket, purchased 8 VIP tickets to Hospitality in the Woods, London. Which was cancelled, received the automated email saying a refund would happen, but nothing, raised several support tickets (one has been open for 2 weeks with no response!)
I spoke to my bank who raised a dispute with the card issuer and I was able to get back my money that way.
I had to send some screen shots of emails etc. but at least got the money back finally after several weeks.
Hope Hospitality use better ticket sales companies next year!

Bought 6 Dave east tickets and 2 weeks before the event he cancelled. And the company said they’ll refund me within 28 working days. It’s been 30+ days. And no response to any of my emails. Why are companies like this so quick to take the money but when it comes to refunds it’s a long tedious process.
Scam and lack of proper customer service
I had a horrible experience with this company. In November I bought two tickets for Trapeton Summer Beach Festival 2022 which was supposed to be organized on 07.07.2022. The event was cancelled and Festticket gave an option to get the money back. First of all we had one month to fill in the form, later they had one month to give the money back. 4 months have passed since I filled in the form and I still haven't seen my money! The customer service is inefficient, the only one thing they can do is copy paste the templates, without even reading the question. The whole company and the comunication with them seems like a huge scam, they and the promoter of the Trapeton Festival, Renelio Perez and his group are just bunch of thieves, I wonder how many people have been already scammed by them.
I don't recommend it to anyone!
Horrible customer service
Absolutely do not recommend going through festicket. I recently got a payment plan for the grass is greener festival in October, I missed two payments on my second last instalment but since they said after the third one is missed my tickets would be forfeited I thought I’d be fine. They failed to take out my remaining payments up to two weeks after the last one was due. There is absolutely no proper way to contact them besides writing a “support ticket” through the customer portal which didn’t get a response from when I sent it two weeks ago to current day. Luckily I cancelled my tickets and deleted my account and bought two tickets from another site with no problems, but I still lost $173 which I doubt will be refunded. unprofessional and scam esque site DO NOT USE

This company is a scam. I booked a package deal for Bourbon and Beyond festival in KY which included tickets and hotel room. I booked April 2022 and they charged me. I was contacted by the Bourbon and Beyond Festival the day it started 9/15/22 and told my hotel accomodations could not be met by Festicket. I drove 8 hours only to have to scramble for another hotel room and pay double the cost. Upon submitting the refund form I was directed to the booking protection site and although I did pay for booking protection, this has nothing to do with booking protection. Festicket is clearly a scam site that cannot offer what it promises. The hotel they booked
for me doesn't even exist!!!! I can only imagine how much Festicket made off of booking phoney hotel accomodations!!!

Waiting for the final instalment on some tickets to go through, festival is in 2 weeks and cannot use my tickets if the payment doesn't go through! Supr scared I'm not going to be able to go now and will loose the hundred of dollars I've already spent. Did a google and apparently the company has gone into remission/administration for bankruptcy and all payments are paused until that's sorted out...but obviously there are still a lot of people with tickets pending and no one to contact to figure out what's going on.

Don't give this company your money
I paid £77 towards some tickets. I was told if I missed an installment I would lose my tickets. They never took the money for the third installment and are completely uncontactable ignoring all my emails. I've since found out they've gone into liquidation, I've lost my money n now the tickets have gone up n I can't afford them...

Like many others I purchased a ticket using a payment plan and they took the first payment and will not take the other half.
There is money in the account, I’ve contacted them and had no reply and I highly doubt they’ll refund the money they took.
The event is selling out and approaching quickly and now I’ll have to purchase another ticket elsewhere as this company is so unreliable.
