if you use the track and trace you received you will se that the packet was shipped the business day after your ordered. So it is unclear to me what you think we could have done better.
I can also see that the Packet left Denmark as of June 23. So it is the Swedish company PostNord that as always have no clue what they are doing. Hence I hope you will be so kind and direct you review to them instead.
It is always a good ide to contact us so we can help tracking or claim the packet when PostNord Sweden decides not to deliver. After all we are here to help. I have contacted PostNord and I hope we will her from them soon.
