Today I was trying to book tickets…

Today I was trying to book tickets from port Blair to Havelock, Havelock to Neil and back through the wave site ferryticket.in and make payment of Rs. 17300.00 from the bank through UPI . I have contacted with the customer service. They told me that they didn't get any payment but my bank show that they had made the payment successfully. In this situation I am feeling very much helpless. I don't know how can I get the tickets for my family members.
The response of customer service is not satisfactory at all, They didn't show any positive action in favour of me. I have sent them the screenshot of my payment transaction.
