Ordered trainers as a Christmas gift

Ordered trainers as a Christmas gift. Delivered 11 December. When I tried to return them after Christmas, I was blocked by a strict 14-day returns policy that expires before Christmas - which makes it fundamentally incompatible with Christmas shopping.

To make matters worse, the website states the item cannot be returned because it is “personalised”, which is simply untrue. Customer service later confirmed the real reason was the expired return window.

Rigid policy, misleading messaging, and zero flexibility. I won’t be shopping with Ferrari again and would strongly advise others to think twice.

Everything terrible

Everything terrible.
1. ferraristore.com asked to switch to my country store - button didn't work (console errors...)
2.45EUR cap (single item) shipping cost is a whopping 18EUR.
3. After the purchase, I didn't receive any info regarding my order details/paid summary/etc. Thanfully I saved the info right after the purchase via their link (it actually worked)
4. Few days later they send me "Thank you for your purchase" generic email only with a link to their website homepage. No order info.
5. Shipping was said to take 4-5 business days, I contact customer support 12 days after I placed my order.
6. Customer support sent me generic responses like "it's a preorder", and "we cannot do anything, sorry" - even if my saved info didn't mention anything about any preorder.
7. Customer support didn't even bother to investigate the issue - just closed the inquiry ticket, and of course, a "feedback email" follows.
8. Random emails at random times: I got the invoice 3 weeks later, I received "Are you pleased with your purchase" before it, "Thank you for your purchase" email about nothing, and no info about my purchase.
9. Refund is not possible, only a return after I receive the item.
10. I still don't know when I will receive it, if ever.

Truly a "masterpiece" of a service.

Absolutely terrible - Do not shop from this website

Absolutely terrible, I was forced to pay a very expensive ''Faster'' shipping fee and I supposed to receive the item within 2-3 Business days. I has been already a month and the package is istill stuck on processing. The customer service doesn't help at all and they only provide the same script but no resolution. This is truly unprofessional and disappointing for such a brand as Ferrari.

Worst support ever

I should have taken this review serious before buying anything from this place.
They failed to write the full address and the product came and went back to the store.
Only to wait another 14 days to get a refund, and they cant send product again, I should instead put another order.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a t shirt for my son at the Ferrai store in Rome airport and it did not fit. I contacted them and I was told I couldn't exchange it unless I went back to the store. I explained I was from UK and wouldn't be going back anytime soon and asked to return it. I haven't heard from them since despite requesting a return more than once

I ordered two items, they deleted the other with no explanation and no refund.

I ordered two items. Then they changed the invoice to show only one, changed the total and did not refund the difference.

Maybe they are sending the other item separately??? There is no order tracking possible. The website is terrible, they are terrible. The phone numbers go nowhere. There is no place to enter an order number to find out what is going on. No information is provided. I will never order from Ferrari.com again. I feel ashamed to wear anything that says Ferrari now.

Absolutely HORRIBLE

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Don't buy anything from or give the Ferrari store website any of your information. First, there is no customer service whatsoever. They have a number that gets transferred to some place in Italy that never answers. Like me you'll eventually just give up trying to contact them. But your nightmare will only be beginning. They will keep charging your credit card every month for the same product until you are forced to close that account. But it still doesn't end there. You will be receiving an endless parade of "promotional" emails that somehow manage to avoid all spam filters, and when you try the "Unsubscribe" link in their spam emails you'll be in for another unpleasant experience - the link actually directs you to their website and re-enters your information. Yes, you'll be getting a Thank You message for subscribing - there is no Unsubscribe option!! It's absolutely unbelievable how a brand like this can resort to such dirty tactics! I am completely disgusted with anything to do with Ferrari now, including the cars!!

The worst experience ever!!!

The worst experience ever!!!
I’ve order a hat for a birthday gift and I waited like 5 days to get a confirmation email…
I texted them like thousands of times without response.
Then I finally got a confirmation email and now another disaster UPS change my estimate date for delivery like 3times and now there is not even date at all!
I emailed them again for 17272045 time and again no reply.
People don’t do my mistake to order from this site…
I promise you it will be the worst experience ever for you!

Great product, need to stop using UPS

Great product. Packaging is so nice it feels wrong to throw away. But they continue to use UPS, which is consistently dreadful. Don't even bother to try and deliver the package, then make you chase them numerous times to do anything about it.

Terrible quality clothing

Bought a Ferrari jacket on holidays. Wore it twice and the internal stiching came undone. Very poor quality garments with expensive price tags due to the Ferrari logo. Contacted Ferrari directly and they refused to help. Stay well away.

website is not user-friendly…

website is not user-friendly whatsoever. could not figure out how to track my order for the life of me (hint! it's a tiiiiny inconspicuous link), emails never get a response, could only get someone to speak to me via chat and that even took forever. i asked the lady in chat to confirm my order was shipping to the correct address because the confirmation email was so confusing, and she told me she couldn't help with that and directed me to an online customer service form that i had already tried to use, but the submission always came up with an error page. that's right... the dang page that's supposed to be for submitting requests for help... was broken. I tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, everything. no way to ask for help. it did ship to the correct address eventually (hence 2 stars instead of 1), but why in the world am I unable to get ahold of someone?

also can't unsubscribe from emails after ordering without jumping through a million hoops and getting alerts from my internet provider that the website seems dangerous (not a good look ferrari!!). help me understand why such a "luxurious" brand has such a garbage online experience? I honestly expected sooo much more from them. disappointed.

Faulty pen

A quality brand pen (Schaeffer) was bought from the store but within six months the red coating has started flaking away. The store will not accept returns after 14 days.

Be aware that if you order a product from this store you take your chances on quality.

A shame that such a renowned brand could sell such products and then not support customers if there is a problem.

When there on the Ferrari Store is …

When there on the Ferrari Store is listed FREE SHIPPING, do not let yourself be cheated. It's only valid when ordering € 100 + and this will not appear anywhere. So your order will be charged shipping amount anyway.

Likewise, their return policy stinks. We had bought an expensive polo shirt, where the logo simply fell off after washing twice. Ferrari would not exchange this, but we could get a 10% discount on our next purchase.
As if we would pay for another polo shirt.
