The products ordered came without any ice packs and were NOT ok to consume. Reaching out to inquire, I was answered by the owner that her products are “the best on the market”. That’s it. Nothing more. Then she called to threaten me with legal action for filing a dispute with my credit card company. She went on my personal business page to leave me 1 star reviews wherever she could. This woman is nuts, and I would never support this business as or anyone who treats people like this.

Not only were the products spoiled when they arrived because Lauren decided to mail perishable food products to Las Vegas experiencing 100+ degree weather without a single ice pack, the harassment received afterwards because she refused to refund for a return of the products that were not edible and I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company. She called and yelled and threatened. She also went as far as to leave bad reviews for my business that she has never even been a client of. This woman is unhinged. Don’t do business w her.
