⭐ 1 Star – FRAUDULENT COMPANY – BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM**

I ordered two button-up shirts from this company, but what I received was *completely different*: cheap, low-quality turtleneck shirts that I never ordered. The material is flimsy and nothing like what was advertised.

I contacted their customer service immediately, requesting a return and a full refund for the incorrect items. Their response was beyond frustrating – instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they tried to make excuses and offered a partial refund or a discount on a future order, **refusing** to cover the return shipping or issue a full refund.

This is a classic bait-and-switch scam: advertise one thing, deliver another, and then dodge accountability. Based on other reviews I’ve now seen, this is not a one-time error but a repeated tactic they use to scam customers.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are not trustworthy, their products are nothing like what’s shown on their website, and once they have your money, they won’t make things right. If you’ve already been scammed, report them to your payment provider, your country’s consumer protection agency, and leave a review to warn others.

You supposedly order nice shirts (blue shirts with button closure) to a Dutch company and they send two worthless pieces of textiles. Payment by credit card is awkward, but suddenly goes smoothly via normal bank transfer, the reason you know afterwards. Because the money goes to a company in Honk Kong (Ecom Rey Ltd) and the claim or return mail address is through a hotmail ? (professional ?) and this in the name of ferazosfashion(at)hotmail.com who offer no concrete solutions for the totally wrong items.
Is fraud and definitely do not order anything. Report was made to competent services.

I placed an order but I never received it

The Ferazo Fashion is just a renaming of Tomlover, which is scaming people with knockoffs sent to buyers that are not what is advertised and ordered by customers. Stay away from these China based fraudsters!
