I was so intreged by the slick, low cost promise ads. I purchased lipstick which I thought was 2 for one, but no I was billed twice and somehow pressed a button that made me a VIP member. I immediately contacted customer service, who explained my purchase and what my options were. I was not happy. I took it a step further I emphasized I felt very diseaved by the whole process and was very disappointed. I had my order canceled, removed from VIP, refund issued immediately. It didn't take long to accomplish this and the representatives were helpful and respectful that's why I gave 1 star. Be very careful if purchasing they are very aggressive in their sales, marketing and billing. Lots of things are in small print. Not only that I thought I was purchasing in Canadian dollars, but I wasn't. Let the buyer beware!

Lovely creamy lipstick, glides on and stays put. The colour develops with in a couple of minutes. Makes a perfect accompaniment to your makeup goodies.
Some days it seems darker than others, other days it’s quite light.
It feels lovely on, not sticky, nor clumpy, and doesn’t end up all over your teeth.
I was very pleasantly surprised with the delivery time & packaging. It was securely packed in their own little boxes, inside a padded postal bag.
I love this lipstick. One in the bathroom, the other in my handbag.

I was sceptical if this lipstick would work but I am pleasantly surprised. I hated wearing lipstick because I never found a lipstick that didn't make my lips feel dry and it never lasted long on my lips. But this one really does bring out my lip colour with none of the hassle.

It seemed too good to be true and I thought it would never work however I was wrong! The product arrived very quickly and is excellent. It really does adapt to the skin on my lips (and my general coloring ) and is perfect. I have spent years of trying to get the right shade of lipstick but they've often made my teeth look more yellow. I ordered two and I'm going to give one to my daughter.

I’ve heard about ph lipstick for years, since I was a child and always anted to try it on which was why I purchased yours when I saw it advertised. It’s great!

Delivery was prompt with notifications keeping track of the delivery.
Lipstick feels moist and the colour for me was subtle so I’d be happy to wear it everyday.
Packaging is lush making it fabulous for a gift especially as you don’t need to guess the shade!

Amazing how a clear lipstick can change colour and produce something that looks good with my skin tone and is long lasting 💋👍🏽

I just love the natural colour that appears. From the first time I tried it I knew it would be my forever lip colour. Very impressed.
