Terrible Experience: Misleading Information, Wrong Part, and Zero Customer Support!"
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I purchased a SIEGENIA 23 A0089 reducer, size 160 m MV G=690 FFH 1601-1800 with roller axle Raum5W2 for €51.78, trusting the direct link to the part provided by the seller on their website. Before ordering, I had sent an email with the exact references of the part I needed, including a photo to avoid any confusion. Despite this, they gave me the link to purchase the wrong part.
Unfortunately, the part I received does not match what I needed. My professional installer quickly identified that this is a part for a right-opening shutter, whereas I needed a left-opening one.
I attempted to return the part, but I was assured it was the correct one, despite the obvious differences in the references. In the end, my installer had to cut the part to try to make it fit, but it’s still the wrong part for my needs. Not only can I not use it, but customer service has completely stopped responding to my return requests.
I strongly advise against dealing with this company. The customer service is incompetent, giving out wrong advice and misleading information. They should seriously consider firing those responsible for this mess. I have proof of all our email exchanges, showing how poorly they handled the situation. I’m in France, they’re in Germany, and now I’m stuck with an unusable part and no way to get a refund or exchange. Fensterbeschlagersatzteil.de is clearly not up to the task. Avoid them at all costs!
