Have ordered from Fen Regis for several years now for our annual awards ceremony. Always great service, responsive and easy to work with - will order again, and would recommend!

The service was outstanding, from my first phone call and email on the Wednesday, received proof at 7am on the Thursday morning, to delivery of the product, Friday. The end product was perfect. Exceptional service and product.

We found the perfect trophy from Fen Regis but sadly when it came to engraving it, there was a major issue with the trophy itself. No problem though, Andrew and Scott went above and beyond to get us the next best trophy and in record time. That then arrived damaged due to the delivery company, not Fen Regis's fault. Andrew and Scott once again jumped into action and got a replacement trophy to us in a couple of days.

This is a 5 star review because you can't beat service like this. There were issues that were out of the companies control but they went above and beyond to get it sorted. I was reassured every step of the way and my deadline for the trophies arrival wasn't affected. Buy with confidence as the service and product are amazing.
