I have been really impressed by Fenom…
I have been really impressed by Fenom and will undoubtedly use them again. I purchased a jacket that had sold out in the UK, The site had a complete selection of sizes (all uk sizes had sold out).
I was notified the following day that the goods had been dispatched and received just a couple of days later.
A great website and communiction was 10 out of 10,

Tracking system never worked, replies to email were bull , address changed to fenom Melbourne. Fake as f website. Thankfully paid through Apple Pay so investigation will be launched. Now trying to say I’m not listed as a customer haha. I have screenshots of purchases and emails sent and received. Take note. People are not as dumb as you think

Super quick delivery
We received the parcel the very next day! Everything was perfect—the jacket, the delivery—and they didn’t even flood us with follow-up spam emails. :) I’ll definitely order from them again!

Fenom mistakenly advertised a hat with the wrong stock photo.
I informed them after expecting another hat/product in the mail.
It was quite pricey to ship as it was 35 euros international; however, FENOM covered the entire purchase and shipping costs.
FENOM responded quickly to my inquiry and corrected the website in a matter of hours if not, less.
I really appreciate the service and support I got from the customer service team so shout outs to them.

Stringent return policy
Bought Christmas gift for my daughter (jacket 250.00) and it was WAY to big!! Needed a different size and Fenom would not budge from their 15 day return policy even though most companies extend this through the holidays. Would never recommend having anything from them shipped or as gift since this would not allow enough time under the stringent return policy. What a shame she was very excited about this gift :(

This order was received in the USA on mid-november 2020. Unfortunately we can't accept any return more than 50 days after a customer receives it. We have a 15 day return policy we can adjust from time to time but 50 days is definitely impossible.

The order was delivered on November 20th, 2020 which is 48 days not 50. So by your own words you would have made an exception based on it being "under 50 days". So that doesn't make any sense at all based on your response. Also, of course a Christmas gift being shipped from France to USA would be ordered ahead of time based in increase shipments at this time of year. So regardless if I would have ordered in December it would still be over your 15 days as well as possibly not here for Christmas.

This order was received in the USA on mid-november 2020 (November 18th, https://www.dhl.fr/exp-en/express/tracking.html?AWB=JD014600008341599524&brand=DHL). Unfortunately we can't accept any return more than 15 days after a customer receives it. We have a 15 day return policy we can adjust from time to time but 50 days is definitely impossible.
