I fell in love with Fenity as soon as I found it. It is my go to spot for cruise vacation outfits! The only thing that keeps me from putting 5 stars is that with sizing - it’s def geared more towards tall girls. I’m 5ft so I have to get my outfits tailored which is not the most budget friendly option. But regardless, it’s usually worth it when it’s Fenity!

The dress I got is so beautiful, but I am having trouble with sizing. I ordered it 3 different times to get the correct size and I haven’t received the money back from the first dress I had to return. They aren’t the best at responding with emails, but I love their store. I am waiting for one of my orders to ship but I also am waiting for my returns to be processed. If everything works out I will 100% recommend this site to everyone. I love their clothes but I think that their communication can be a little bit better.

Everything is so perfect! The package got delivered in time and everything went as it should have. The dress was in perfect condition and it looked exactly as in the picutre. The size fits perfectly and looks amazing. Thank you for the great experience.

I ordered a dress for my daughter, we followed the measurements and it was WAY TOO SMALL. The Monique. I sent two emails about returning and NO RESPONSE. Also, I am unable to review the dress online. Did they limit my ability to review due to the return request? Possibly. Stay away. Way too expensive, cheap, and they DO NOT HONOR their dress policy.

AHHH I GOT THE GREEN GAIA DRESS IN XS AND I LOVE ITTT!! It hugs the figure so well but be aware the cup size is quite small - I’m a big B/small C and it fits perfectly. Super thick and heavy quality too - can’t wait to wear it at prom 🥹🥹🥹

10/10 just got my Gaia dress after waiting for my preorder and im obsesseddddddd

They over declared the value of my items and because of their mistake it was stuck at customs. Delivery company said Fenity needed to reach out to them to amend the mistake but after months of trying to contact fenity, they just can't be bothered to respond or do something. Never even offered a refund for items that I never received. It's a scam. PLEASE AVOID.

This is a scam company, please avoid ordering from here!
After the order, they'll relatively quickly create a shipping label, so you will receive an email which shows tracking with DHL. However, they will never dispatch your order, meaning the tracking will never update.
I paid express shipping 14th of December, meaning my order should have arrived late December in time for my birthday event. It is the 1st of February, and the order has never had updated tracking.
You'll realise after ordering there is no real way of contacting the company other than the website chat (with no people online to answer your queries). They may respond every once in awhile, some hours later, saying they are looking into it to never get back to you. They will also block you on Social Media if you attempt to warn others.
I am now going through the bank to dispute the transaction. Avoid yourself the hassle - don't order from here.
