Very friendly in store and assistance online
Very friendly in store service in Rome. I subsequently had a problem with said item and contacted Fendi assistance online. The assistant, Angela, was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the entire process, updating ke step by step and helping to resolve the situation. Luckily Fendi accepted the claim and will repair the item free of charge. I can give 5 stars based on the seriousness of the company and reliability of the customer service based on my experience with Angela!
