My shipment arrived with half missing. I contacted FenceWeb who followed up with sending the remainder of my shipment but triggered extra import duty and handling charges with FedEx. I've sent two polite emails and I have still not received a response from this company to sort out the $106 import duty overcharge. I am very unimpressed by the lack of communication from FenceWeb in helping me sort this out. I would not recommend them.

This website is FRAUDULENT. I made an order via FenceOnline / FenceWeb and the company has failed to deliver my goods and failed to respond to emails. Avoid this SCAM website at all costs.
