Great product

Great product. Works well even longer than the box initially says. I had a small issue with the emailing and the order number but after a simple phone call I was given the help I needed with ease

I paid for express delivery however I…

I paid for express delivery however I didn’t receive my package for two weeks.
As it turned out it did arrive in a couple of days, however I didn’t receive any emails that the package had been sent.
So no tracking number

Timeframe and communication

Received my item however after a short time it stopped working, contacted the team and they had me post back with an additional post bag for them to return a replacement. Heard nothing for 3 weeks and had to send 2 emails to follow up, was then advised it was received. Received another email a week later advising Aust post lost the first replacement and another has been sent, replied asking for a tracking number (have now sent 2 emails and tried to phone today) and yet to receive any response. Very understanding about Aust Post issues but these seem to a lot on one transaction. Communication in this case seems poor, I’ve been very patient and am getting frustrated now as this has been going on since late October.

Slow to ship, incorrect order

Had to email twice to get an update on shipping 2 days after ordering and paying for express post. Was told their was an issue with carriers tracking system and that's why I hadn't received an update. Update was sent later that afternoon and showed order was only shipped that day.
Package arrived next day, order was incorrect and no free gift received

* Order shipped via express - 03.10.23
* You sent one email to us on 04.10.23 and we replied with all information to you.
* You received your order on 05.10.23
* You sent an email on 05.10.23 and informed us that one of the items received was incorrect.
* We sincerely apologised to you for this error, yes, human error can happen and we accept responsibility for this.
* We informed that we would send the correct item straight away to you and that you could keep the $67 incorrect item due to the inconvenience.
Whilst we acknowledge that we indeed made an error with one of the products being incorrect, but we don't agree with a 1 star customer service review.
We apologised and rectified it immediately by sending the correct item and you got to keep the incorrect item for free. xo
