We have been dealing with Feminapause…

We have been dealing with Feminapause UK for several years. We put our repeat order on hold only for them to out of the blue, reactivate our order, send two items and bill my credit card. I emailed them on receipt of an email advising a delivery was on its way asking them to either redirect it back to themselves or arrange a collection. No response. I emailed again on two occasions. No response. There is no contact telephone number to speak to anyone. I am now going to contact my credit card company and ask them to take up on my behalf. Shocking customer service.
