Very bad customer service and incorrect fines.
I was using the Felyx bikes, i always left the bike behind in the unrestricted areas. But a couple of times i left in a restricted area for 30-45 minutes, but i never left it there without putting it back in a unrestricted area. But i received a fine telling that they had to send 2 technicians to retrieve the bike and fix them??! The customer service is so slow, i have send numerous e-mails but never got a clear answer. I will never use them anymore, unclear fines and bad customer service. I warn ANYONE using it, they will give u unnecessary fines. I got a €150 fine now (incasso) and they aren’t replying to my e-mails whatsoever.

The bike wasn't working and yet I was charged 5 euros for the ride- which I didn't make. The customer service is non-existent, I reached out 3 times and they don't respond to my messages. I was refunded from my bank and in the same time I cannot use the Felyx app because I am expected to pay for the ride I didn't make. Shame on you.

My recent experience was awful as someone stole the scouter while I was trying to lock it. Of course there was no support from customer service as they are not reachable. I reported the incident to Police, however after emailing them to complain for the invoice, they said it’s my responsibility. Imagine if the guy that stole the scooter had committed a crime. How could i prove wasn’t me??
Such kind of companies should be banned directly from the government as they are super dangerous and only care about profit at any cost.

I have only did like 5 or 6 rides with them and it cost me soo much.
I have ridden in a few scooter-restricted places, the reason for which I've got a ticket but they withhold the ticket for months (4-5 months) reason for which I didn't know I was making a mistake. by the time I got my first ticket home from them, I'd already made the same mistake 5-6 times ... on top of the 130euros ticket that I had to pay I had to pay them each time as well 20 euros " administration costs" .... absolutely horrible it infrastructure on their part. bad company, it's not set up to make money out of helping people with transportation, is set up to make money by charging on mistakes and rules most people are not aware of.
no wonder they've been kicked out of Amsterdam. and I am not surprised if they'll go bankrupt.

Used their services some nights to go back home, scooters are ok, not in the best shape but understandable since everyone can ride them.
Used to be better before where Brussels and Antwerp were full of scooters from them and the direct competitors that always leds to big promos and discounts

I had problems with the app that lead me to spend 60€ extra than what I should have paid. I contacted the assistance multiple times starting on October 3rd, but as of today (January 1st) three months passed with no update whatsoever

Felyx send report to debt collector company for receipt 1.25eur which I have paid long time ago. Even app says that its paid but not this company threaten me and Felyx do not answer on calls, not emails for two weeks lol What a scam company. And now they refunded me 1.25eur. Why? I think to tell later that its not paid???
Incorrect billing and poor service
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Felyx. I received an invoice with an incorrect charge of €122 for a ride that was not accurate. Despite contacting customer service immediately, I have not been given a proper solution. I had to request a refund through my bank because Felyx didn’t respond to my emails or chat messages. I am still waiting for a correct invoice so I can settle the payment.
The customer service is extremely slow and unreachable. They don’t have a phone number for quick contact, and the chat agents simply refer me to an email address that goes unanswered. The lack of communication and support is frustrating and concerning. I wouldn’t recommend Felyx due to their poor handling of this issue and lack of customer care.

This company is absolute crap, I was supposed to pay normal €8 for a trip and since I was connected to my PayPal I thought they would take it but that didn't work even though my PayPal is connected to my bank account.
When I got home, I logged into their app with my online banking and instead of debiting there, they sent me reminders to pay the €8... how stupid is that??
Even though I spoke to service, they didn't even know what to do! They can't even do the work they are paid to do... and because I couldn't pay with my Paypal or other payment options because they were too incompetent to fix the problem...I mean i had linked my account to the app a long time ago wth.
I now have to pay a debt collection agency more than 40 euros. ..that was the first and last time i used ther trash bikes!

There are multiple scooters parked in…
There are multiple scooters parked in the middle of the walk way. Went to website to report. They ask you to fill in a form. No number to call a human being. The form only allows for one license plate. In this case, there's an issue with multiple ones. This is unflexibel, not handy at all. Please fix this. Where can I call and talk to a person?!? And will they block people who park scooters randomly, inconveniently, so old or disappointed people are unable to pass through from renting the scooters in the future?!

Amazing! Get a moped, cant end because of the scooter is broken. Cant call the customer service because the app is broken. Only to get a charge of 40 euros because of your " long ride" after. After mailing, you'll get no responses, only a reminder to pay your bill. After that, they will send a recessed bureau to claim your "not paid funds". Get letters to appear in court, just because you haven't paid your ride and than your bill is €140. Just a reference; I was on the scooter for 2 minutes before I noticed the moped wasn't working propperly

Unreliable and Frustrating Experience – Avoid Felyx
I've had enough of the Felyx app's unreliable and scammy behavior. Time and time again, the app fails to work properly, leaving me stranded by the moped waiting for support to end the ride – if you can even call it "support." It takes forever to reach them, and the whole process is incredibly frustrating.Adding insult to injury, service zones seem to disappear out of thin air without any notification. You pick up a bike, assuming you can return it to the same spot, only to find out later that you can't. This is deceitful and misleading.And then there are the threats of a €70 fine. This is nothing short of a scam. Instead of providing a reliable and user-friendly service, Felyx chooses to intimidate its users with fines.Save yourself the headache and avoid Felyx at all costs. Their service is a complete joke and a waste of time and money.
Nightmare Scooter-Sharing Service that is Felyx
The dumpster fire that is this company, to all who are even considering this was likely drawn in by thinking it would make life easier and make getting from point A to B quick and cheap. That's far from what I experienced. The service has a pay-later feature where they add up your weekly total once you hit about 40 euros or more in rides. That is where the problems start to spiral out of control. With the low coverage service in certain areas around any particular city, it may take you a lot longer to park or even find a place to park (even if it's within the green area shown on their maps). It may not seem like that much at first but over time it adds up. Now since that system is already quite problematic the severity is only just beginning as the issue with them not adequately tracking your rides they are in full liberty to pin their mistakes on you and make you have to pay for it.
I will give an example I experienced, if you are in a rush and park it in a green zone sometimes the GPS doesn't register, you can simply contact support and they will see that it is in the green zone and verify it is indeed in the green zone and allow you to park it accordingly. Now on the chance someone doesn't answer, the scooter will continue to run accumulating minute by minute until someone on their end cancels it. Which in several cases may take hours so all that money that built up when you thought that you ended the ride, well it glitched and only stayed in the park mode leaving you to have to pay for the it spent parked.
Last but not least if you use the app consistently like I was doing they eventually can't keep up with the frequent uses. They will reach out to you regardless demanding the money far after you have made your last payment. In my case, they reached out nearly 9 months later demanding nearly 600 euros total in invoices for rides they forgot to charge me and missed dating back a year and something ago.

Hi, I have been receiving emails from your company for 2 months, inviting me to immediately make a payment, which I made 2 months ago, I sent an email with the photo of the payment I made for the scooter service, but you continue to ignore my emails, and continue to bother me by repeatedly sending these payment requests. I will be forced to uninstall your app, terrible service and lack of professionalism.
Nothing works
The number of times I've reached out to communicate my email address change is shocking. I've already updated it in my app and informed customer service several times. Yet, the invoices are still being sent to the incorrect email address. Is it really so challenging to update an email address in 2023?

Used the scooter, reserved the scooter to drive back (paying).
When I wanted to drive back the scooter did not work.
After several attempts to get in contact, which is extremely difficult, it was agreed that I could leave the scooter and would get a refund.
Well, I paid the full amount, Felyx does not go into detail to literally see what happened (correspondence trough app) and think it is justified to charge for a scooter which could not be used due to a technical malfunction of their scooter.
Takes up to 2 weeks to get a reply and does not solve anything. So, I can not say differently than that it is a company of challenged people and Thieves !!
Sudden invoicing from 2 years ago
Suddenly, felyx claimed that they missed to invoice a ride from September 2021 and they sent me an invoice 0.70 euro. How can I remember what I did 2 years ago? This poor process looks like scammer. This is not a timely invoicing and I objected to the invoice. Not an assuring process and company unfortunately.
