Ordered the 2 for 1 deal on the…

Ordered the 2 for 1 deal on the rosecea/skin redness serum.

This did not make one bit of difference and feel like the explanatory videos that they show do not reflect the product.

As it was 2 bottles i got and used at the end i messaged them as they advertise money back guarantee if not suitable, this only applies after 30 days, which again i feel is not long enough to test the 2 bottles, they didnt reply back when i asked for the refund.

IN RESPONSE TO FELINE

I have emailed and advised that i wanted to use both bottles to enable me to see any results, which were non-existent and you are correct i was offered a voucher to purchase from your store which is not what i would expect, as would not want to order again something that doesnt work, but seems this company refuse point blank to issue any refunds when requested!

I placed an order for1 product with a…

I placed an order for1 product with a free item when I looked at my email they had trebled order I immediately emailed them to either adjust order or cancel I sent 6 emails with no reply on day of delivery 15 days later sent me email to give review
There were no details on how to return but this has to be at my expense back to USA would have to go to quality control before any refund may be given I believe this is sharp practice do not order from them they claimed within 3 minutes of order it was being shipped so couldn’t cancel was the final reply 15 days later

The product simply did not work

The product simply did not work. I tried it for nearly the duration of one bottle but noticed no difference. I reached out to the company who refused me a refund because more than 60 days had passed.

Giving 1 star because there isn’t 0

Giving 1 star because there is no option to leave 0. Wish I would have checked on here before ordering and seen other people having the exact same problem as me. Nearly 3 weeks and parcel hasn’t arrived, about 10 plus emails and they respond saying we have checked and it says it’s in transit. How long can a company pretend a package isn’t lost and hold on to your money refusing a refund? If there was a choice between ordering from this company again or crawling 10 miles to somewhere that sells the same items at 10x the price I would be starting that crawl asap. I hope this puts people off and your welcome 👌🏼

Do not buy this

It took longer to arrive than expected, also the product does not work as the advertised videos. Also the price was unbelievable compared to other similar products, way more expensive. I feel it is a rip off. It makes me sad and wary of trusting.

Review 10 – Féline Skinscience has now been referred to the Dutch advertising authority (SRC)

This is now my tenth review, and at this stage I believe it is important to clarify that my reviews are not replies directed to the company, but information intended for current and future customers.

This communication is simply an update regarding the ongoing situation and developments surrounding this case.

I have now received a response from one of the authorities responsible for reviewing online advertising complaints and potential misleading business practices.

Part of the response states the following:

“Dear Ms Joaquim,

Thank you for contacting the ASA with your complaint regarding the Féline Skinscience website.

Our Codes only apply to advertisers based in the UK or using a UK platform. However, you may be interested to know that we have an agreement with a European-wide alliance of advertising regulators, EASA, and can therefore refer your complaint to our Dutch counterparts The Stichting Reclame Code (SRC) for consideration.”

The email contains additional information which I do not need to disclose publicly. However, what is relevant is that the company has now been formally referred to the Dutch advertising authority:
The Stichting Reclame Code (SRC).

This organisation reviews complaints related to online advertising, misleading practices, and business conduct.

At this point, I believe it is important that consumers continue to document and report inconsistencies whenever they encounter them.

As previously stated, my intention has never been to obtain free products or special treatment. My intention has always been transparency, accountability, and consumer awareness.

I will continue to provide updates as new developments arise.

I don’t believe this company is legit!

The suction mirror wouldn’t stick. Finally it stuck. I turned away and it fell and shattered. Definitely cheap Chinese item which I could have bought from Temu. The second item, a spot reduction serum did nothing to improve the discolouration. I contacted the company requesting a refund. They agreed to give me a refund if I sent back the items, but I replied that it would cost me almost twice as much to send it back to Finland for a refund! That doesn’t make sense, paying more for postage for a lesser refund. So this makes me feel that many people who want to return items to Finland would be reluctant to do so as they would, not only lose their original payment, but also the postage to Finland! So Féline Skincare knows that if you order from them, they won’t be refunding your money. If they don’t refund my payment, that’s ok. At least I’ve voiced my opinion to others who would be contemplating buying from them! Bad really bad!

Awful experience

Awful experience. Should be no stars. Product has burnt my face. Speaking to a no win no fee injury solicitor this coming week.

Con like Company Avoid

This company hives the impression its in Holland, its coming from China. After many e-mails about the time it was taking for my order to arrive, it finally did arrive but the buy one get one free fid not materialise. Only one item in the package. Order confirmation clearly says this 1+1. Company NOT willing to send out missing item without “ reordering”. Its a con, dont order from this company, they take your money and dont supply the goods, terrible service. AVOID.

I'm not impressed

I'm not impressed. My order took over 25 days to arrive in the UK and I had to constantly follow up on where my order was. I ordered all the Feline Skin Science products but received Dr Melaxin, le Roche( which was opened) and another product from China. The only Feline Skin Science product was the sunscreen which was travel size. I'm very disappointed and was looking forward to the Melasma products. It's all a scam. So not order from them.

SCAMMERS

I ordered the dark spot corrector on March 8th, did not receive the product until March 29..then they had the audacity to recharge me and place another order on Apr 7 (as part of the subscription) when I’ve only gotten to try the product for a week because it took forever to come!! As soon as I received the order confirmation I sent them an email telling them to cancel it and refund me. Jamie from CS responded telling me I couldn’t, even though their website clearly states that you can cancel an order if it hasn’t been processed or shipped out yet. I also asked for them to cancel the subscription and they blatantly ignored that part. After multiple follow ups, I finally received a reply back on APRIL 28 that my subscription cancellation request had been submitted and may take a while. I told them I wanted a refund and they stated I had to return the product and provide tracking info. Shipping to Netherlands from Canada with tracking costs over $100, more than I spent on the product. They are SCAMMERS, the product doesn’t even work and their customer service is absolutely disgustingly terrible. Do not waste your money on this company !!!!!

False tracking information and attempting to defraud when refund is due.

False tracking information on two different platforms for my order.

Raised a payment dispute via PayPal as they allow payments from paypal and that is how I paid.

They emailed requesting I close the dispute so they cam refund me. This is not the process.
I then show the correct process and they send me another email saying that they do not have a PayPal account so cannot refund which contradicts their first email.

Anyone looking to purchase from here do not make any purchases as they are attempting fraud.

Their response is to now post on here my tracking numbers and order number so they can say I posted it and someone redirected it elsewhere. They must really think people are stupid.

Order still not delivered

I am most frustrated that despite being bombarded with emails and a notification that my order notification (not goods) is with the courier, this order has still not been dispatched/delivered. I have emailed and am waiting for a response, but to be honest I am not convinced that this is nothing but a scam.
