Fraudulent company

Sent out €40 of broken bits of a €269 order , no explanation where the rest of order was just stated it had all been delivered. No answer to phone calls or emails. Horrible customer service, so rude the occasional time they answered after days and days ignoring me completely. Waiting on refund now for items that are sold out elsewhere due to Christmas sales and no even apologies from company. Avoid!!!will probably have to ask credit card for refund as this company is fraudulent

My order arrived in Romania in 6 days…

My order arrived in Romania in 6 days (working days) from the date of the order. The employees are extremely kind and there is no one who does not answer the phone or email. The two products (Lemax and Luville) arrived in perfect and super condition well, carefully packaged. I personally give them 10 out of 10.

It's just my warning to protect you all…

It's just my warning to protect you all & very simple: Do not do any trade with this online store! Here are the reasons why:
* the store also sells refurbished as new items without informing the buyer.
* the store ships consciously broken items & asks the buyer to repair it against small compensation.
* when you insist a new, unused, not ever repaired before, unbroken item, then begins the distress & misery.
* the store will stretch time as long as possible by providing a non-existent package number, not answering your emails and messages via the RMA website, telling big lies as hard as the truth (I checked), etc., with the hope that the buyer gives up & ultimately accepts a broken item or leaves the entire complaint alone. He's already got the money.
* when you finally asked your money backed, he will come with another urban myth. Yes, just to strech time, again!
* when I demanded my money and I referred him to the terms & conditions of his webshop, he pretended not to understand what I meant. He didn't understand what Terms & Conditions.
* After letting him know my ultimatum & that I'm going to report him to the police for fraud & theft, after a few days he refund my money partially.
* After my protest & second warning of reporting to the police, he paid back the rest of the money (about 17 euro).

The whole process took me 2 months (!!!) to finally settle it. Ridiculous.

I ordered a couple of Lemax carousels…

I ordered a couple of Lemax carousels and although one was damaged due to the transit, I was advised promptly by customer service and they got back to me quickly and sent me a replacement fast!

Very happy with my items will be shopping again!

FRAUD COMPANY THAT TAKES YOUR MONEY & CANCELS ORDER BEWARE

I placed an order 2 weeks ago for several Lemax products for a total of 75 euros (£67 through Natwest bank exchange rates). I made the payment to their bank with the information on their website: Bank name, Account name, Iban number, account number, swift BIC code. I used my Natwest bank account who reviewed the details and then successfully made the payment 3 days later. 4 days after that, my felinaworld order status on their website still said "waiting for bank transfer" so I contacted them by opening a ticket. They asked to see the information of my bank transfer, so I forwarded my official transfer letter from Natwest with the full payment details that was made. There was then no contact from them for another 2 days, so I contacted them again... and then they closed my ticket with no explanation or resolution! I opened another ticket, and the next day I got a reply saying something had gone wrong at their end and they needed to investigate, and once reviewed I would get a refund. Another 2 days have gone by with no contact, so I contacted them today... and have now been told that they never received payment! They said even though all the transfer details were correct, my reference at the top of the letter read felinaworld and not some random number that's not even on their website!: "My reference" is for my records only and everything else from the bank's transaction reference to my order number was correct! My order status now reads "cancelled" and the only customer service operative who I have been dealing with all of this time, Meheret Asfaha has informed my I will be getting no refund also. It has taken them well over a week to come back with "my reference is felinaworld" being the issue - my reference could have read Happy Christmas it would make no diiference because it is my reference solely for MY RECORDS! I also have noticed before leaving this review that the same MEHERET ASFAHA has left a bogus review directly below this one saying when she placed an order through felinaworld that she is always more than happy with - she is their only customer service operative! Now I am £67 out of pocket and have got to find the money from somewhere to buy my son a replacement gift 19 days before Xmas. Do yourself a huge favour and please, please do not use this company, it is fraudulent and will only steal your money. There is a reason why you cannot pay through debit card. Avoid Felinaworld at all costs, I only hope this review saves someone making the huge mistake that I did.

This is the WORST online company bar…

This is the WORST online company bar none. I have only had dealings with their Lemax products, but they misrepresent themselves. They say next day despatch, but take your money and never send the items. Then you open support tickets which they ignore or close without responding. I have had to open a fraudulent claim just to get my money back. Be warned. Think twice before you use them.

The only thing there good at is scamming people.

Very poor customer service

My son ordered a gondola from Felina World. The gondola arrived damaged. I tried to contact Felina World but got no response. I initiated a dispute with Paypal and Felina World agreed, in writing, to refund the purchase price. They have not processed the refund. Now they are not responding to any communication. I have used email and their contact form. The gondola was purchase in Feb.
Do not buy from this website.

Don’t order from this website it’s a huge scam. Worst experience ever!!

Do not order from this website it is a scam!! First of all they do not package their items well enough so most of it arrives broken. This happened to a lot of people as well so it’s not a coincidence anymore. Then when you ask for a retour because it arrived broken they reply after a month & first tell you to glue it back?? The items also are not fully new and have wear. Then to get the retour ticket you have to practically beg for it, it’s like they give it against their will. They RARELY ever respond to emails and asking for a retour on their website is also very impractical. Then when you actually send the package back you have to wrap it in styrofoam into it which I understand but the original package didn’t arrive with it either. So you if you do not have any at home, you have to spend money on it as well.
Now it has been days since they RECEIVED my package (I can track this on the app it says they received it) they still have yet to reply to any of my emails or give my money back. Now I filed a complaint to PayPal and they have yet to respond to that as well.
I had ordered it in December 2021 it is March 2022 and my issue is still not resolved.
They do not care for their customers and their customer service is terrible. They only care about money and stealing from you. It is not a coincidence that most of the reviews will tell you the same. And when you look at old reviews it seems like they cared more back then but now they only care for money sadly and not about keeping customers happy. They also do not have a good reason why they never reply. Now I do not have the item anymore and my money either and I am left with nothing. For me it’s not even about the money perse but how badly and unjustly we get treated.
I have never had a worse experience buying online as I did with them.
Please don’t make the same mistakes as I did and buy elsewhere.

World's Worse

Having bought a Lemax fairground item ie Crazy Cars the item arrived in decent time ,Only to find parts broken and bent plus to be honest it looked like it had been on display and handled by lots of people and made the whole thing look shabby. I informed them right away Got a reply sorry we will give you a store credit ,Ok I said what about the returning of the item and costs .Then silence for 3 days once more I asked and only got a reply say please remind me about the problem etc .Did so and once more silence so looks like I am stuck with a broken shabby item that cost me over £80 with shipping costs etc ,There customer services are the worst I have ever had to deal with .Buy at your own peril from them and wish you luck with it.

Damaged items, woeful customer service

Two of the three items I ordered this year arrived badly damaged. Their customer service is non-existent, closing tickets without resolution, saying they will provide store credit and then radio silence. Don’t bother wasting your time.

Felina's is a membership club

Felina's is a membership club! not an online shop! once you buy something they then take out £25 out of your account every month, when I called to dispute this they said can I review them Trust Pilot? nothing about my refund. I had been away for four months and they had £100 of my money which I would loose if I did not spend. I did not want to loose my £100 spend hours trying to find something to buy!! why should I not have my money back. This is fraud! and you have to be very aware! before you buy anything you are not signing up for something else!

Not honest with returns. Item received seemed used and stretched out. No customer service..

The website mentions return are accepted but be aware here is what happened to me. I bought 2bras same size same style, two different color Bare and Black. I tried the bras the same day I have received them. The bare color was amazing, a favorite and fits like a glove, the black was stretched out in the front middle of the bra and the length of the part to hook around was longer and was missing an important tag for enabling returns. How do I know? well the bare color bra had this tag that mentioned to not removed it for returns. I am pretty sure the black bra was a returned item sold to me which would explain also the stretching. Upon request of returning the black bra Felina sent me an email I will be refunded 10 88$, why half? I paid about 20$each before taxes. I emailed them multiple times, called them twice and left a message to make sure I get a refund with tag missing and a full refund. It has been 6 days I am waiting a reply and nothing has happened. So beware buyers you might get a great product here and there but also you can get one not so new and get no to half a refund! Customer service not good.

Felinaworld not so good and poorly made Lemax Products

Really quick postage and good comms to start with, however item arrived damaged and then all the nonsense started. No initial response to my 3 enquiries and it was only after I called that things started to happen. Was told a replacement would be sent out and I would have to return the faulty item...all good. 3 weeks latter I contacted Felinaworld only to be informed that my item was out of stock......why offer a replacement in the first place? Was offered a repair or refund and opted for the refund. I was unable to use Felina's choice of courier and had to post the item back. Felina originally agreed to pay half these postage costs, but then rengade on this promise opting to pay part in a voucher, when originally they said they could not offer one of these. I have to say Felina are no Amazon, the customer service at best was poor, no initial responses to my enquiries about how we could return the item and then simply leaving it to me to sort out when I was unable to use their preferred choice of courier. I also have to say the quality of Lemax products is not that great. When you pay over a £100 for a small decoration you expect it to be of a reasonable standard and not arrive with bits broken off. As with lots of products made in China and not particularly great.
