FRAUD COMPANY THAT TAKES YOUR MONEY & CANCELS ORDER BEWARE
I placed an order 2 weeks ago for several Lemax products for a total of 75 euros (£67 through Natwest bank exchange rates). I made the payment to their bank with the information on their website: Bank name, Account name, Iban number, account number, swift BIC code. I used my Natwest bank account who reviewed the details and then successfully made the payment 3 days later. 4 days after that, my felinaworld order status on their website still said "waiting for bank transfer" so I contacted them by opening a ticket. They asked to see the information of my bank transfer, so I forwarded my official transfer letter from Natwest with the full payment details that was made. There was then no contact from them for another 2 days, so I contacted them again... and then they closed my ticket with no explanation or resolution! I opened another ticket, and the next day I got a reply saying something had gone wrong at their end and they needed to investigate, and once reviewed I would get a refund. Another 2 days have gone by with no contact, so I contacted them today... and have now been told that they never received payment! They said even though all the transfer details were correct, my reference at the top of the letter read felinaworld and not some random number that's not even on their website!: "My reference" is for my records only and everything else from the bank's transaction reference to my order number was correct! My order status now reads "cancelled" and the only customer service operative who I have been dealing with all of this time, Meheret Asfaha has informed my I will be getting no refund also. It has taken them well over a week to come back with "my reference is felinaworld" being the issue - my reference could have read Happy Christmas it would make no diiference because it is my reference solely for MY RECORDS! I also have noticed before leaving this review that the same MEHERET ASFAHA has left a bogus review directly below this one saying when she placed an order through felinaworld that she is always more than happy with - she is their only customer service operative! Now I am £67 out of pocket and have got to find the money from somewhere to buy my son a replacement gift 19 days before Xmas. Do yourself a huge favour and please, please do not use this company, it is fraudulent and will only steal your money. There is a reason why you cannot pay through debit card. Avoid Felinaworld at all costs, I only hope this review saves someone making the huge mistake that I did.
