The outer packaging had a minor dent during transit, but the internal protection was excellent. Customer service responded quickly to confirm the unit was safe. Hardware performance has been flawless.

You can tell they are pros just by looking at the product details on their website. The manuals are comprehensive and technical specs are transparent. It makes for a confident purchase.

Installation is rather easy when you now what and how to do..... .
Setting up systems is also easy to do.

Gteat help (needed) from support team. Well done.

Programming with app can be improved. To many variables in various screens. User interface would be nice.

I am based in Europe and have been working with Felicity battery and inverter for a year now. I must say the hardware and device capabilities are very good, as well as the price. I do mis some software functionality but they keep improving their software so it gets better.

We just installed a LPBA 48200-II 10kWh low voltage battery with a Luxpower LXP 3600 inverter. All worked fine with CAN connection. Support from Sunvault.co.uk and Felicity Solar was full on and amazing.

I have requested support through Facebook, Messenger their website chat & email. I received one reply stating I had to use another email, so I did. I'm still waiting for a reply. Its very upsetting that I see their claim about customer care.

I bought a Felicity solar 48V Lithium iron battery 5 months ago and it has begun tripping the circuit breaker. I sent email to Felicity because they don't answer their phone. Their "customer service" told me I had incorrectly connected the battery without even asking me how I'd connected it! Then the accused me of overcharging it, without even asking how my charge and discharge setting we set up. When I asked for a refund, they refused. I hope no one ever buys their products again!!

Installation was done in December 2023, till today the inverter do not communicate correctly. The 12,5kw Filicity battery do not communicate with the Filicity inverter, the Filicity app do not work …. and from Filicity you do not hear. I will not recommend Filicity systems nor batteries. On this moment the system
can only handel 3kw from the PV, if it is more, the MTTP cuts off

US/California: Have a new Felicity lpbf48200 battery (less than 30 days since install), Inverter is Sol-Ark 15k, 100kw of Huawei batteries, voltage controlled. Felicity, even if only battery connected, will not charge, no response after repeated voice mails (1 per week for 3 weeks) to Felicity for support. Question whether Felicity US support even exists?

I have purchase 2 10k lithium batteries and a 10k hybrid inverter ...work perfect so far...but the service is the worst....don't buy felicity unless you like headaches

I recently bought a 10kva felicity hybrid inverter and installed it. As soon as it gets powered, it drains the battery bank and shuts down within 1 minute. Initially i thought something was wrong with the battery bank but the battery is quanta. I wrote the observation on my WhatsApp group and people told me felicity hybrid inverters usually have that factory error. I changed the inverter to icell power and bought a new charge controller. Since then the system has been working flawlessly. The felicity inverter is just sitting in my house now because the market value is so low. People are pricing it 100k. What a loss. Something i bought 850k.

Before this event, i had purchased 8 pieces of 7.5kva felicity inverters for an installation in borno. Now i am going to do the installation because they're back from Christmas break, i am scared. I don't know if felicity will disgrace me again. But i will never buy felicity again. Especially if they don't fix this issue.

Bought a lithium battery pack 15kw 48 v. Have had it catch fire and blow multiple fuses. The warranty program is terrible they ask for pictures and videos of all my equipment and temperature controls on the solar room. Once you prove you have done everything right over a 2 month period. They promise they will replace it under warranty. But they find any loop hole in your system to deny your warranty claim. They deny it in the end and do not honor their warranty or the promise that they will replace the battery unless I agree to buy a second battery and a extra fee. What a SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. BUYER BE WARE.

I ordered a 15Kw battery on 7/28/2022. I noticed on the data sheet that the rated charge & discharge current of 80A & the rated output power of 6000W and the battery voltage being 48 vdc by using ohms law P over I X E example 48 times 80 = 3840W a far cry from the 6000W as stated on the data sheet. Now let's use ohms law to double check 6000W divided by 80A = 75V so as you can see the battery will have 75 vdc inorder for the 6000W listing to be true. When I placed the order I saved a screen shot of the data sheet. I called Felicity Solar the very next day being 7/29/2022 to cancel the order they Sent me an email refusing to cancel my order and stated that they were going to ship it to me and if I wanted to ship it back they will charge me a 30 percent restocking fee plus return shipping cost based on their cancellation policy. When I first called felicity on the phone he said the battery wasn't in stock they were on a ship in the ocean and would arrive in the USA in two weeks. That was nearly one month ago. I send emails to Felicity solar making them aware that my desicion to purchase the battery was based on their data sheet and the rated output power being only 3840 Watts won't work well with my 6000 watt inverter. Felicity is still sticking with their policy. Since I sent the email I noticed that they took off the rated 6000W from their data sheet also they took off the 80A rated charge and discharge. I intend to file charges with the FTC. and get law enforcement involved to investigate them. They also changed their cancellation policy I also have both screen shots on my cell phone. Don't let the low price fool you if it sounds to good to be true it most likely isn't. If you look at other Lithumin iron batteries prices Felicity's prices are not manageable

I bought a IVEM5048 from a german Dealer, because in the past i had trouble with TAX and other at the german customs. I need it as change for a broken one from other manufacture.
Felicity write on Homepage that they send from China.
I used PIP5048 befor and read out via RS232 and send commands to it to control.
This 5048 are not response to me, no documentation about Softwareusing is out, no Answer from the Support, only that i send a english question because i wrote it in german. Google Translate?!?
After there no reaktion.
Inverter works and has a nice feeling at Display, looks good, but no support for buyer who need a fast new Inverter and buy ist from local dealer.

i was crazy each time i got the high electricity bill, so I install the solar power system for my house in Africa through Felicity Solar, couldn't be happier!
