Ordered in early December 2025. Never got the laces and customer service does not answer at all to emails - no possibility of calling this company. Not happy.

No show despite “speedy” delivery
The bootlaces might be brilliant, I’ll never know. I paid extra for express delivery so that I might receive them before travelling, however two weeks later (and several days after the closing of their promised time window) I have still not seen a glimpse of them. I messaged customer service, who were utterly unhelpful and possibly a bot. Unless you have all the time in the world don’t bother ordering, and definitely don’t pay extra for speedy delivery, which is clearly a (bad) joke.
