Very friendly and responsive service
Feelsafe, and especially Richard, have been exceptionally helpful and useful to me and my family when moving to Austria. They very patiently replied to all my of questions (and I had a LOT) and I felt very well taken care of. Luckily I did not need to use the health insurance in the end, but the service and responsiveness were amazing.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Feelsafe!
I've dealt with them twice—once during my undergraduate exchange and now as I head back to Austria to complete my MSc. Each time, I was so impressed with their customer service. They're incredibly responsive, kind, and patient (I had many, many questions each time). Thomas in particular was very helpful!
As a Canadian moving to Austria, I can say with 100% certainty that this was the best option out there. Feelsafe made this process simple and painless, and gave me great coverage.

Wonderfully cooperative team
I have had great experiences with Feelsafe. I'm a foreign student in Austria and I received both of my health insurance ad travel insurance from Feelsafe.
