total scam, do not order from them! product never arrived, promised next week, when I complaid they said next from a hotmail.

Item not delivered. The emails returned when you send a query appear automated with poor wording that does not make sense. two emails say it will arrive midweek, the third one said it will be sent out tomorrow. I have twice requested a refund which has been ignored.
This company is dishonest and should be avoided.

No communication.
When is emailed (Hotmail!) They said sorry item will be with you early next week. Nothing arrived. Emailed again. Got same reply about early following week. No reason given. The answers feel totally fake. I don't expect to receive the item at this point. Will be requesting a charge back on payment card.

It is a total scam site with no conscience.

Placed an order, took my payment, then days later informs me product out of stock. I requested cancellation. To which they said they would send samples out with next order (no intention of placing a 2nd order). I then requested a refund. Days later they informed me product back in stock. So they said they would send it out. Still nothing arrives. I then asked when would the item arrive? Days later the following week they said mid week. I asked who the carrier was. Royal Mail they said. Still nothing arrived. I asked if they had tracking. Then late Thursday I get an email says item out of stock!!!!!. I have since emailed asking for an immediate refund and left a voicemail on their mobile number. Would never order from them again.

Please do not buy anything from this company. I ordered something a while ago. I keep emailing the company via the shopify app and get a response from a hotmail account saying it will be posted next day etc. it never is. Or the stuff is coming from different warehouses - I have only ordered one thing. I have a critical illness and I have ordered something that really helps with sleep but I don’t think it will ever turn up. So please don’t use this company.
Update on 26.4.26 I am still getting nonsense replies from this hotmail account as to why I have not received my goods. The latest one is my order coming from different warehouses - I have only ordered one thing. I also looked them up - the transaction is under Feel the Difference- on companies house. They only have two employees- the directors - so not sure how they are running multiple warehouses! I have raised the transaction as a dispute with my bank. I urge anyone else to do the same.

Zero update on order.
