The services and detailed email list that I received from Feedspot was excellent. It will allow me to reach the experts in my area of interest. I am forever grateful for this service as it would have took me a long time to obtain their contact information.

The service wouldn't function fully without my signing up for a trial. So I did, with a potential charge for a monthly subscription. However my account was annual subscription. I reached out to their team and was informed that they have a no refund policy for subscriptions. So despite my never using the account and completing their cancelation procedure. I was told I "can continue to use Feedspot account for lifetime". I would caution any user to be cautious and read their terms of service with a magnifying glass.

This company has an extensive list of ethics blogs, their owners and urls. It is very helpful to have this information when you want to keep up with a particular issue in the world of ethics. They are responsive to queries and eager to help.

Customer Service went above and beyond to assist a my small start up business which has limited budget. I am extremely grateful for all of their help as their services have allowed me to grow my business.

The option I took quoted a monthly rate, but I was charged an annual fee. Emails from FS gave no opportunity to change or cancel sub. I couldn't get a feed to run within my Wix site.Website gives no route to which sub I have, or how to change it. While the service looks good for those needing regular reading of feeds, this isn't what I was looking for. Very disappointed that I've had no response to my request for a refund - they immediately cancelled my sub for next year, but have otherwise not responded.

Thorough list of contacts needed. Would recommend for anyone who's trying to promote their business. Anuj is very understanding and helpful.

Would definitely recommend Feedspot. They cut down my workload by days with their influencer databases. They provided me with active influencers in my required categories and demographic and even gave me more than I requested! Anuj was very responsive and helpful from the start. Spreadsheet was delivered quickly and contains useful contacts.

They charged my credit card, YET they never had the number on file and I didn't have access to the site. They said I setup a "free" account in 2019. BUT, that doesn't have my card and it would have expired by now, 6 years later. They are now ignoring me as to how they got my credit card.

We are a small non-profit and didn't have the time or resources to do a bunch of research. The Feedspot team was able to go above and beyond supplying us with needed information quickly.

Very pleased with the quality of RSS feeds provided, it was quick and easy and allows me to stay up to date and serve the veteran community I serve.
