We've been using Feedbird a few months…

We've been using Feedbird a few months now for 5 of our clients. If you give the team clear direction on what you want to see in visuals and content, they will deliver. If you just leave it to them and their stock images, you will get generic content. It's like anything in life, if you put effort in you will receive a much higher quality product as a result.

The pros of Feedbird definitely seems…

The pros of Feedbird definitely seems to be the pricing, which is extremely affordable. the communications from your "rep" seem to pretty quick. Their service seems like it will work for some of our lower-maintenance accounts, but nothing that requires that extra attention or effort.

The writing is quite generic and repetitive and doesn't tie to the visual of the post. The interface/user experience has been a little confusing as well, especially since there are two or three different "platforms" to navigate. There also seems to be a disconnect in what posts are getting posted where, in terms of social platforms, and making sure each strategy is tailored to the given platform.

I assume and hope that certain kinks will get better over time—and like I said in the beginning, the main perk is the cost, which definitely balances it out. In the end, they are saving us time and money, which is a great perk.

Filipe and his team have been awesome

Filipe and his team have been awesome. I love how professional they are. I gave a few samples of what I wanted to see and they pretty much did the rest. The price is the best part. Very easy to communicate and always on point I'm getting back to me. I recommend you guys to everyone I talk to about social media help.

Poor service and poor quality.

Really disappointed with service. I was hopeful of an easy process to get social media posts and videos created and scheduled. But the whole process was really poor, time consuming and needing to spend more time revising the work than it would have taken me to do it myself. It took over 5 weeks to produce 4 basic videos, where I provided all the content. The actual design of the posts was basic. The video work was amateur and nearly always didn’t change the items I requested. If you are thinking of using Feedbird, I would be very cautious and maybe consider other options…which I will be doing now.
