Ordered my fiancé a brand new iPhone…

Ordered my fiancé a brand new iPhone from boost and unfortunately boost mobile doesn’t allow you to choose which company ships your phone so they used FedEx and I had already heard awful things about FedEx so I kind of expected this to happen I get a notification it’s been delivered and I don’t see a box anywhere on my porch I check my mailbox and nothing I call customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do that the driver marker it “delivered left in mailbox” had I thought of this at the time they can’t legally put stuff in your mailbox and he didn’t have a mailbox key anyway. This driver stole my brand new iPhone straight up and lied about it. They will take the word of the driver over you people! They do not care about you as a customer stay completely away from this company the reviews don’t lie. I got a refund for my stolen phone through my credit card company and if it wasn’t for them I’d be out all that money I hope that scum bag driver enjoys his new phone.

Don't choose FedEx EVER!

Pity there is not the possibility of rating -stars!
FedEx in Sweden is a fraud.
At least for the private customers/delivery of single packages. It is gone 3 days since they have my package and it has not been delivered yet. What I have been told in my calls to their customer service, is that FedEx has subcontractors who have the package. The subcontractor (unknown to me) is the one who should take the package to the delivery address. If they fail to deliver they keep the package and don't return it to FedEx station. Strangely enough in FedEx tracking page they write that they scanned the package in every evening (!) Additionally the subcontractor writes that there was not anyone at the address when they tried to deliver. I have been home both days - no one took contact (I live in a home with a phone at the entrance connected to my mobile)- As I said a fraud.

USE ANOTHER COMPANY

This company charges for a 2 day delivery. It is the 4th day and still there is "nothing they can do" as the package still shows "out for delivery". I called customer service but still nothing. Uncertain when they are delivering the my package!!!

Satisfied customer

First time I’ve had a parcel delivered by Fedex and I was completely satisfied with the service I received. I needed to contact them by phone as I couldn’t log onto their tracking (fault at my end not their fault). My call was answered promptly and the person I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. My problem was resolved and I was able to track my parcel. The parcel arrived on time and the delivery driver (unlike some companies) was polite and courteous.
I’ve read some pretty bad reviews on here so maybe I was lucky. However, I “speak as I find” and I found them first class.

Plainly horrible experience

Plainly horrible experience, maybe we got spoiled by excellent services provided by DHL, but even CZ based companies PPL, DPD is efficient delivery services in Europe for packages inside EU, in comparison to them. Their service is joke, why this company just not stay in US and not continue messing up there. Very unfortunate that merchant only sends through Fedex I guess due to cheapest option but avoid if possible !

Arrogant

Arrogant, ignorant, stupid, is the best I can say about FedEx customer care, a package was delayed then said to be in transit, but has never left Charles De Gaulle CEDEX Fr, Paid for an Express delivery, be quicker by donkey.

Why are they still a business???

I'm not even sure why this company hadn't gone belly up and sank to the bottom of obscurity. Today is just one of the many times I got a package that was not only late but beat to $#!+. It's like the mentally slow employees they hire to handle the packages make a game out of throwing them around when they're marked "breakable" or stacking them on the wrong side when the box clearly says "this side up" or "Do not stack." I'm not sure what kind of shipping company they actually are when not only the employees, but their entire chain of command all the way up to their CEOs don't seem to be able to tie their shoes without help. Their drivers are like mentally stunted paper boys throwing glass vases from their bikes to the customer's porches. They obviously give zero flocks about their line of work and clearly are only there for a paycheck. They're almost as bad as politicians and just as useless. An actual paper boy would do a better job of delivering a package in better shape than the drooling brain dead knuckle draggers who drive for fedex.

Shame on you, FedEx. Never again

But FedEx doesn't seem to care because see a lot of negative comments here.
Our son had used his savings for the package and was eagerly waiting on the supposed delivery day. And it's still not there, how much longer. Shame on you

FedEx never attempted to deliver our…

FedEx never attempted to deliver our package as we were at home the entire time. No notice was left that delivery was attempted. No physical notice, or email or text message. Within a week the package was returned to FedEx. My husband went into the office and he was assured the package delivery would be attempted again from the USA. Instead the main center destroyed it. This included two bank cards and my driver’s license. They said we refused delivery, which is not possible. Really horrible service after going in in person and calling and speaking to the office. Husband was told in the office that they just had too many packages waiting so they sent them all back to where they came from. Feel extremely disrespected and treated badly.

FedEx Ground in Chicago

FedEx Ground in Chicago - an absolute nightmare.
1. Always late. Never trust a vendor who claims they sent something "expedited" if they used FedEx Ground.
2. "Out for delivery" might mean it's delivered in a few days
3. "Pending" - if you see this, the package is either lost or sitting on a truck for the weekend. It usually takes 48-72 hours for this to be resolved. Unless the "Pending" status started on a Wednesday, then you'll wait until Monday at the earliest.
4. "No scheduled delivery date available at this time" - after a full week since it was shipped from California, we now don't have any information. It's not lost, per se, but it's not exactly in their possession in a way that they can find it.
5. They will not buzz the door of a condo/apartment. No way. It'll be placed on the sidewalk outside your building.

I have used FedEx exclusively for the last 4 years. I send boxes up north every few months. I have noticed that the clerks in the shipping stores like inside your local Walmart are great about giving out coupons for your NEXT visit. Problem is they do NOT give them to you when you go to ship. I had this happen with "Charlie" at a local store here. And it's happened more than just a few times. This time I sent a complaint into their corporate office and never heard a word. So, I will be changing to UPS. Not that much further away and I have had coupons in the past with them and they did honor them.

If it was possible to put zero stars I would. DHL and other shipments from overseas If it was possible to put zero stars I would.. DHL and other shippers from overseas take on average 7 to 8 days! Package lost there system! Beware if you’re a retailer or business uses FedEx please find out if they have another way to ship preferably DHL if it is international.

Sell your FedEx stock immediately

I will never buy from anyone who uses FedEx to deliver their product. I get deliveries from the Postal Service or UPS or Amazon without a hitch. FedEx screws up every time. Sell their stock its gonna crash.

Fedex are all incompetent and can't do their jobs.

The Fedex driver in Calgary is very incompetent. They've recently delivered my package to the wrong CONDO and even after hunting down my package MYSELF and discovering it was in a condo nearby, that condo at first refused to give me MY PACKAGE with my name on it and afterwards they said they actually LOST IT !!! Fedex response was I shouldn't of have gone looking for it for my safety. Well I shouldn't have to do YOUR JOB to begin with !!!

And now just today the driver stuck a sticky note on the outside of my building to go collect my package at 2 hour away facility !!!! because my building was closed ??? I have 24/7 front desk service and the buzzer has the number to reach them !

I hate fedex soo much !!!!!! I don't know why people use them. They are all incompetent and can't do their jobs.

This is Not the Fedex of 2000!

Today's (2022) Fedex is definitely not the Fedex of 20 years ago! Incompetent and untrained support personnel, even to the point of just plain rudeness. This shipping company is in operational tatters, it's grossly failing to meet their own published delivery timelines, they leave customers bewildered with multiple delivery dates/time for the same identical item. Perhaps the absentee board would do well to change all its members from the top down, including senior management from the top down as well. I cringe when I accidentally see that Fedex is shipping an item to me. Avoid this shipper for now 'til they fire the current set of board members and senior management. Thanks for reading!

I've had two extremely late Fedex deliveries recently

I've had two Fedex deliveries recently. My 3 day priority delivery took 5 days (I live in metro Louisville, KY; not in a rural area). The vendor i purchased the product from had to refund my money due to Fedex.

Today I have a delivery that was due by 9:30 AM. However, it will not be delivered till the end of the day. They missed both deadlines and don't care.

The truly unconscionable part is people are paying for a service they fail to provide. Then Fedex just pretends like nothing happened. Their attitude is "nothing to see here, the automated voice gave you the bad news, move on."
