I ordered lowering springs for my Arteon PHEV from Federn-Werk and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was a bit unsure before ordering because I had read about some issues on Trustpilot, but everything went perfectly for me. The handling was incredibly fast. My order was shipped the same day and even tho I placed it on a Monday afternoon the package arrived in Sweden by Wednesday! The springs were exactly the right ones for my car and everything worked smoothly. I haven’t had to deal with any returns, it seems many negative reviews come from people ordering the wrong model. As a customer, you do have a responsibility to make sure you choose the correct parts.. For me, Federn-Werk worked flawlessly! <3
