Iam using featured points since november 2022, At first it feels quite genuine but later i downloaded the app and finished the assignment(x2:2048) level 250 it took me long but i was not been rewarded. That looks fishy and i waited long thinking that it would update but it isn't, the game is still in progress. And then i played SLOTS OF VEGAS it reward was around $19 by reaching lvl 44. when i was at level 35 suddenly the price dropped to $6, i realised it and kept going. today before playing the game i checked whether the app is still there or not, itt was there so i started to continue. i done my level 44 when i was searching the app was not there and i wasn't awarded my points.

I don't know what to do, Quite depressed on New year. I think they are exploiting players work. This is not fair please new users be aware while using this app.
I don't know whether my problem would be solved or not if done i will update ASAP

I think this must be one of the worst survey sites I've ever used....
It was rated well on a website when I first joined.
I have not cashed out before and have only used the site occasionally.
I joined more than a year ago.
I tried to cash out, the app-cashing function would not work.
I tried sending an email, and that function on their website would not work properly.
I even had to do a Email search to find their Email, as I could not find it on their app.
They said to use their website to send an email.
Didn't work properly.
I think they are cheats and something isn't right with these people.
I will be deleting my account if I can't get access to them.
There are much better survey sites out there, don't bother with these useless people.
Poor customer service is usually a bad indication that they are not honest.

As a follow up, I did manage to successfully send a message this time.
But still can't cash out as their system to cash out on doesn't work.
It will be interesting to see if they respond and deal with it.

Everything is good.But their Pending Point System for a long duration destroyed their app.I know security concern is important.But holding points for a long duration is not an option.Earning Potential is not that good because of pending point system.If an user choose this website/app for self earning source.Then he/she would not get more option of earning if we remove refer and earn option.

ok i got off it for about 3 weeks because no surveys and they sent me a email saying them updated there site with better survey and that was a line of b.s i was back on there for 2 more months and nothing for me but they did have surveys even 1 or 5 mins one and nothing so theres nothing they can do i will not get back on there and one more thing there gift cards are high points like a 25 dollar one for walmart is 50,000 here so no DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE ARE BETTER ONES OUT THERE JUST LOOK

Wow I just looked at some recent reviews. Thats too bad they are not giving folks their earned points for their surveys. MY COMPLAINT is not with not getting surveys or emails, or not getting rewarded. it is with the LENGTH of time to get your points so you can get a reward and feel like you helped and got a small token of appreciation for it. Thats my thought, and if its not the site and its the companies they deal with , then they need to update their policies.I have been a member of Feature Points for about 4 years, but I stopped because it took them a while to get rewards for you. I started surveys again about a month ago, and as I already had some points, I was close to cashing out. Today I completed some surveys to give me enough to get a $5.00 Paypal, so I thought. Here are the surveys I completed today. Is this reality? And here is what they say in the Q&A. Some points may be listed as "pending" if they're earned from cash back or from surveys that require additional verification time. We're not able to decrease the amount of time required for pending points. These are not cash back or referral surveys, just plain CPX research surveys. I do CPX in a lot of different places, and they do not take 3 months to give. I hope things improve for the site, as I will not be doing anything soon as I wait 3 months so I can cash out. So disappointed. I am not sure what extra verification cpx may need, but I do not think 90 days is fair for doing surveys as I work hard and its not alot of money, but I give it my all as my opinion is very important that I give honest answers. They contradict theirselves, one part of the site says completed surveys, then you go to another area and it shows pending on the ones that just said completed. Oh and then on the front page where the surveys are at the bottom it says this Completed surveys can take up to 24 hours to be credited. So 24 hours to 3 months, which is it? Please update your website so we know whats going on because you do not answer emails. Do they ever reply to any of the reviews here?

Threshold is quite high. Takes months before points are credited and days to weeks before receiving reward. Need to check the site from time to time as they don't inform through email if there are available surveys, Ain't sure if by downloading the app will get more points and speedier process of redemption. Not all surveys you were disqualified from will give consolation points.

Their customer service doesn't respond to concerns addressed by email. My points were missing for games apps download and usage. But their reply email states we need to refer to the FAQ page which frankly doesn't solve specific issues.

Scammer. I'm earn 3000 point but my account has be suspended.

3 time sand reward request. But all time reject my reward. Total scamm . I'm not use VPN/Proxy.

I have FULLY COMPLETED & star rated this 10 minutes survey by 3:45pm Aug 18 EST on cream alcohol with no reward, (279 points) & no activity record. This time Feature Points NOT ONLY ROBBED ANOTHER 279 EARNED survey points from me & also eased all digital traces on my account/activities.
THIS HAS BEEN THE FOURTH FULLY COMPLETED SURVEY THAT FEATURE POINTS ROBBED MY REWARD POINTS RECENTLY. A few thousand stolen points since I joined over a year back!!! THIS FP HELP TEAM HAS NOT HELPED ME IN ANY FAIR & RESPONSIBLE WAY BUT KEEPS GIVING ME EXCUSES & MORE EXCUSES & YOU KEEP ROBBING EARNED SURVEY POINTS FROM ME FOR OVER A YEAR
TOTAL SHAME ON YOU FP PEOPLE!!

NOT EVEN 1 COURTSEY POINT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BACK FROM FEATUREPOINTS FOR OVER A YEAR FOR 1000s OF MY EARNED SURVEY POINTS THEY STOLE FROM ME!!

I try to cash out 3000 Points,to my Pay pal account, 6 or more times,and doesn't go thru
I write to them email few times,they tell meto go to rewards,and do paypal.I did, doesn't go thru,so they email me back and forth,they are not good

I’m tired of these stupid programs scamming me!!! Why write a program that refuses to award you for every penny you make? Every time I get so pissed because I use scratch and win and the tokens and they give you 5 cents and the thing doesn’t award you. Once you get five cents from scratch or winning something, it immediately disappears I really wish these developers can help people instead of scamming which is so annoying. I promise that this will be the last time I ever use a program like this. Developers like these should be arrested or sued.

I already did the task, I completed the task, but my point's still stuck in 53. Do you mind telling me why my point didn't increase? My points should be more than a hundred right now after completing more than 3 tasks. Where are my points?

big scam gained enough for 5 eur and it says 70 days is the most cap i ever heard waited 70 days then its says declined

The rates are very low compared to the competitors, and they hold offers for 60 days. I would give 0 if I could.

As you can see when you scroll down this list you made a mistake downloading this app as we all have. This app does not credit you the points earned to build up balance to cash out. That's probably why your here now because your already being ripped off. UNINSTALL THIS APP AND GET PAID ELSEWHERE. TRUST PILOT GOING DOWNHILL OBVIOUSLY TO ALLOW THEM ON THEIR SITE!! SO can you really trust Trust Pilot?
