Some of the worst service I have…
Some of the worst service I have received in years from a SaaS provider.
Due to a billing error on their system and nearly a year using them, they cancelled our plan and notified us our trial has ended. I was told I need to re-sign up and pay the subscription.
Small bug, and understandable.
However when I spoke to Bruno in the support team, telling him the price has changed. He said we need to pay the new price as everyone will be paying it in a few months anyway.
I expressed this was unfair, to pay the new price when we shouldn't be on it yet. Then $100 pcm increase is insignificant, the principal and the way Bruce handled the matter was terrible. His final reply was:
"Bruno from Featurebase
All customers will be moved to the new price next month as we’ve added hundreds of new functionalities and improvements to the platform.
Even at $250/mo it’s still many times more affordable than the nearest competitor + better as well.
If you want to continue using Featurebase, you can subscribe from the pricing page with the new price."
We will now look for another software, paying more if we have to.
