What a waist of time and money! Probably…

What a waist of time and money!Probably the worst and slowest service ever! I needed to create a music campaign as soon as possible, so I signed up and paid for a subscription. I wanted to use one of their paid plan features (a custom domain, which was crucial for this campaign). After wasting hours, it still didn't work! There was no response from the support team. What a waste of time and money!

A Must-Have for Independent Artists

As an independent artist without a label or big team, Feature.fm has been one of the most valuable tools in my career. Whether I’m releasing new music, promoting merch, announcing tour dates, building my streaming presence, or just connecting with fans on social media, Feature.fm has always been part of the process.

No matter what I’m working on, I can count on the platform to have a solution that helps me reach people in a real, effective way. I use it literally every day, and I genuinely enjoy using it. The features are incredibly useful and easy to work into any campaign, and the thoughtfulness behind how everything is designed really shows.

But what makes Feature.fm stand out the most is the team behind it. They’re responsive, kind, and truly invested in helping artists succeed. That kind of support means everything when you're doing this without a massive machine behind you.

If you're an artist, marketer, or creative of any kind, Feature.fm is the real deal. I can't recommend it enough.

Review of Feature.fm: An Alarming and Unprofessional Experience

My recent experience with Feature.fm through an individual claiming to be "Roxana" has left me thoroughly unimpressed and deeply concerned. Feature.fm, a platform supposedly built to facilitate digital music promotion, seems to operate in an atmosphere of questionable professionalism, if this encounter is any indication.

First, the representative made repeated attempts to avoid clear communication, favoring methods that are inconvenient for professional work. When I insisted on a simple voice or video call to confirm the legitimacy of the task, I was met with resistance and a rigid refusal, as if they were intentionally avoiding transparency. The individual attempted to push forward with vague instructions, requiring screenshots and delaying human interaction—a red flag for anyone seeking genuine business engagement.

Even more troubling was the sudden shift to accusatory and inappropriate remarks when pressed for clarification. Without provocation, "Roxana" launched into an unsolicited personal anecdote, implying I might be involved in inappropriate behavior based on a previous experience of hers—wildly unprofessional, accusatory, and completely unwarranted.

Feature.fm should consider how such representatives damage their credibility, assuming "Roxana" is indeed an employee or agent of the company. Either this is a poorly managed recruitment process or, worse, a case of fraudulent activities occurring under their name. Whichever the case, it's abundantly clear that working with Feature.fm presents risks that go beyond typical inefficiencies.

In conclusion, until Feature.fm can demonstrate a significant improvement in the professionalism of their representatives and interactions, I strongly advise others to avoid engaging with them. Trust is paramount in business, and after this interaction, trust is the last word that comes to mind when I think of Feature.fm.

Scammy Scummy

20 € ad-campaign, for playing my song. Until today (8 months), it has been played 7 times (dont even now if thats true) and from 20 €, 0,28 € are spent for the 7 plays....
If my calculation is right, in 5714 months my budget is fulfilled...
The play-ad-campaign should totally work/run differently.
Lame, lame, lame, amatuers.

Scam

So I've ordered an ad campaign for a track. They've quickly set me up, charged the money and then they kinda vanished. All money were quicly spent and I hade zero advertisement for my track, no new listens like AT ALL. The "campaign results" page is blank, and support is now ignoring me. This is scam, don't waste your money on them.

I just got scammed by this website

I just got scammed by this website. I have an Album launch on the 4th of August at midnight, and without any notification, they canceled my campaign. Because i have no idea why because one Madison just copied and pasted a generic message that does not make any sense, the campaign started on the 31st of July, and if i did not open the website to check what was going on, i would not know. The money was taken, no explanation, no refund no nothing. SCAMERS.

I recently paid for a one year premium plan but had been VERY disappinted with customer service. Basically I am loosing my money for no reason. I need to talk to somebody to get my money back but they do not respond.

I've been a customer for quite some time (buying one time premium fees for singular pre-save campaigns. Everything worked in order, but now... I haven't been able to save certain important features and my marketing objectives are disastrous. Robbie (a customer service representative) has not been able to help and tales too much time to respond. Meanwhile, days go by and my facebook ads are wasting money.

Strange

Strange. On instagram, It’s the only service that asks to have all your info just to redirect you to spotify. No other ad has required that info

By far the best music promotion and…

By far the best music promotion and pre-saving platform.

I’ve tried Toneden in the past (which is two-and-a-half times the price of Feature FM), and FFM beats it in every single way. It’s far more user friendly and the pre-save links actually work properly, based on feedback from my listeners. You can also do contest, linktree type landing pages and so much more.

If you take what you do seriously then sinking £20 a month into this is a no-brainer.

it’s by far the best music marketing platform out there

I’m not sure why there are so many low ratings. I use Feature.fm for all my marketing pages - (pre saves, smart links, ticket links, collecting fan emails, etc.) and it’s by far the best music marketing platform out there. I love it and they seem to have the most features than anyone else

Billed my card even if my ad campaign had ended

Billed my card even if my ad campaign had ended and despite I had all future charges set to ”stopped”. I had to delete the card from their site so that I would not be charged without any reason.
Not a single play from their Deezer campaign would reflect in your Deezer Backstage account! I presume everything is fake. You pay for nothing.
Customer service is the worst I had ever seen in my life.
Avoid!

Would not recommend

According to their team, the ads are unpaid and the only way to receive payment is if the listener then takes the decision to actually play your music on their own, which I'm not sure makes sense.

Also, you might expect with large orders that there would be some movement.. You know... Some likes or any form of engagement (considering they show charts with conversions and results) but there is absolutely nothing.

I would say stay away from their promotional services. The only good things on their site are free.

Fake numbers

Awfull experience, you pay an expensive price for their site stating you got 4000 streams, and on your deezer backstage app you see that you got only 10 streams

Avoid at all costs

After trying multiple marketing…

After trying multiple marketing platforms for music i gave FFM a shot.
They are pretty expensive but have a lot of unique features.
However everything on their website is pretty hard to find & understand and there arent any tutorials. A lot of features you really have to know the platform inside out.

In my free trial i got emailed by the customer satisfaction team if i have any questions, i sent them a long email with all my questions. But of course they only respond when the trial is over.
I arranged to have a call with one of the employees, great.
In the call they promised me all kinds of things.

How can i use *function X* for my music? "You need a more expensive subscription for that" - LOL, lure you in with a free trial to then say i have to pay more.

How do i effectively use & optimise different functions? No clear answer.
I've spent money on a website radio campaign and didnt get a SINGLE click.
Money just burned. "Oh dont worry about that man we will refund the money"
I was glad, in the call this person made a lot of promises and said he would contact me again. I waited a month, nothing happened. I've emailed them about the promised refund. No answer.

The person in the call couldnt really answer any of my questions. For this price customer service should be TOP notch and this was the absolute dealbreaker.
There are definitely better and cheaper services out there curently :)

It's not even a scam, they're even worse, incompetent scam!

Oh boy, what stupid naive artists we are🤔

I mean I don't even have the energy to write the review of how disappointed I am.
Deezer campaign just above 2.5% CTR (80% France, no US! Their partners in Europe perhaps, do the job, not they!)
and websites campaign 0.12% CTR, after they refunded 2/3 of the money (still waiting for the transaction).
Respond to emails and chats messages after who knows how many hours, customer support service is the worst joke ever created, not a single suggestion on location, tags, similar artists, nothing, they know absolutely NOTHING about music market, only God knows why they are here.

PS. Jeannet even asked me do I have an album released on Deezer, after the campaign was over!
What the f69k ?!?!
Nooo, no I don't, I left my goat to graze on the grass somewhere near Deezer headquarters to save the spot for my latest release!
Unbelievable guys, I feel sorry for you more than for myself!
