I really want to give 5 stars, truly, because I love the product and I love the company values. And the customer service was WAY less than desirable. One agent who I was emailing with literally stopped responding, despite my checking in about sizing needs several times, even after I had ordered. And the other agent was kind, yet would lapse for days in response and did not actually read or answer ANY of my very specific questions about installation, so it was basically a big waste of time and energy. I had to go to another wallpaper source to get my answers so I could install the wallpaper. As much as I love the product, I definitely walked away feeling annoyed by the poor customer service.

I ordered Oh La La in June. Despite air transport was disrupted by Covid 19, the wallpaper arrived in about 10 days. Smooth transaction, prompt response, great colour and high quality paper. I did not hesitate to make a second order from Feathr for my mother's room. Look very much forward to it. (I ordered wallpaper from another website before, which was unfortunately an awful experience. I was charged AU dollars and was given wallpaper printed in China with the pattern not matching). Feathr is the only online wallpaper store I trust.

Stunning wallpaper. Friendly customer service
I reluctantly decided to put wallpaper up in my bathroom but heard wallpapering was really difficult. If you buy a good quality wallpaper it makes a world of a difference. Feathr’s wallpaper is really thick and high quality. The print was even better than the picture. It looks absolutely gorgeous and customer service helped me right away when I had questions about the glue. So friendly.

If I could give 10 stars I would. After months and months of looking, I found my dream wall on Feathr. I sent them a picture of my loft wall which is a difficult shape and they sent back very quickly what the design would look like on my wall. I loved it - except it wasn’t in the right colours to match my room! However, the team at Feathr changed the design to match my colours free of charge. The paper came in such high quality and looked just like it did virtually. It is absolutely gorgeous and I am in love, it makes the room so special. From start to finish, I liaised with Hana and she was so lovely even though there must have been around 17 emails or more between us. It was a lovely paper to work with and would recommend to anyone looking for an elegant touch to their room. Deli every was fast and free and the company’s responses were rapid.

Amazing quality and design
Amazing quality and design! The product we picked is a really complex design and we dreaded the installation but to our surprise it was extremely easy and the final outcome looks amazing. It is very evident upon using the wallpaper that the quality is far superior to everything else I have seen and worked with on the market. Have recommended Feathr to a lot of friends already.
