Birds of Paradise
Feather’s Kubla Khan Mist wallpaper transformed my tiny sweet bathroom into a magical space. The ordering and delivery process on Feathr was easy and efficient - and the myriad of choices of patterns etc is really unique and fun to browse and choose. A truly magical and (reasonable) way to bring color and art into my space.

I had my doubts about ordering…
I had my doubts about ordering wallpaper online but i am thrilled with the kubla Khan wallpaper .. love the colours, design, the quality of the paper which my decorator said was amongst the best he had hung .. it also arrived in secure and easily opened packaging in a few days. Thank you..

Efficient and helpful and quick
Excellent service from Feathr. They contacted promptly in advance of delivery more than once to confirm we were happy with exact design, and modified it to our request. Product arrived within a few days which surprised me as it is custom made.

Response time was very good
Response time was very good. One of the items ordered was a little disappointing because of the resolution of the image, but it was explained that this was because it was a replica of Vintage Art. That same item was received with some production errors, but when that was drawn to Feathr's attention, the response was exemplary. They immediately offered to refund or replace, and the replacement was dispatched very promptly. The rating would have been 5 stars but for the image resolution issue which should be better explained before purchase.

Samples take a long time to arrive but full product will ship quick!
I ordered a few samples but still have not received them. I realized I was running out of time so bought two rolls without looking at the samples and received the rolls stunningly quickly. They were great quality and look fantastic.
Knocked a star off because I still have not yet gotten my samples that I paid for.

Over the Top Customer Service | High Quality Product
I fell in love with all of the murals but finally landed on the perfect one for the space! I had a little bit of a reservation about ordering from an international company but my experience with Feathr was so easy. Rebbeca helped ease my worries and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The shipment arrived so quickly and was packaged to where nothing was damaged. The quality of the paper and the beautiful design is like a piece of artwork - it is the showcase of the room. I am so very happy with my experience and look forward to working with Feathr again!

Quality Product
The process ordering the product was very easy and more importantly, the wallpaper is beautiful and exactly what is depicted on the web site. However, regardless of that I believe it is always a good idea to order a sample first, that way your expectations for your final order will be fully met.
