I ordered an AC Milan jersey, but I never received it. Customer service doesn't help me via e-mail, even though I sent multible messages. I would not recommend ordering at FC Retro from the Netherlands.

I ordered 2 of the Maradonna Argentina 86 kits for my nephews at Christmas, there was a delay in placing the order and receiving the kits, which meant they didnt arrive in time for the big day, but admin support reassured me everything was on the way and when kits did arrive a few days later they were fabulous, great quality and they looked the business at a great price for the full kit. I think I was more excited giving them than my nephews receiving them! I would highly Retro FC and would definitely shop here again, although would probably order a week or so earlier for next Christmas

If I could give zero, I would. Absolutely awful company. Ordered a Custom Print "R CARLOS 6" Brazil jersey as a Santa present for my 8 year old. It took an age to arrive, and they ultimately sent me a "Ronaldo 9" jersey instead.
In the weeks following, the smart-ass in customer service continously sent blunt replies telling me I ordered the wrong thing, despite me sending numerois screenshors showing what I ordered. They have now stopped responding to me. There are a myriad of awful reviews online for these guys and i regret not heeding them.

Between the stress of not knowing if it would arrive in time for santa, and the ultimate arrival of something I didn't order; and the awful customer service, I will never give this company another cent. Absolute disaster.

Ordered from this site believing that it's a true retro football shirt site. Paid £45 for the Juventus Zidane shirt which arrived today. The Zidane name is wrongly colour coded from the original shirt, its not a part of the number as on the original. It's a very cheaply "ironed on" name strip above the number which is in a black box. The original shirt the name was in the black box, in white print matching the number. This is black print in a white box, looking nothing like the original. Plus it arrived with Chinese tags.
Be very cautious buying from this site, it's massively overpriced for cheap copied tat.

I purchased a Retro Juventus 1996–97 Home Jersey (ZIDANE 21), and the moment I opened the package, I was extremely disappointed. The jersey looked cheap and poorly made, almost like a bad homemade replica.
The name on the back was poorly applied and looked misaligned.
I immediately requested a return, only to be told by email that jerseys with player names and numbers cannot be returned. Let that sink in. That’s exactly what they sell—jerseys with player names and numbers.
BEWARE. Read their return exchange policy before ordering something from this store. The product I got delivered is nowhere near the quality I expected.
I attempted to return the jersey I purchased due to poor workmanship and they declined based on a policy that makes no sense for a sports retailer.
Save yourself the frustration. Go to a local sports store where you can actually see and feel the product, and where returns and exchanges are straightforward and fair.

Now I feel left with a substandard product and a terrible experience.

BEWARE! Based on my own experience if you are buying a jersey with name and numbers, you might not be able to return it or exchange it; so save I would strongly suggest you to buy somewhere else with a better and fair exchange and return policy.

I ordered the Argentina kit for my nephew with Maradona on the back. I didn't check any reviews before purchasing and realised that I may have made a mistake as there are some negative ones. I placed the order and only when I emailed them about tracking etc did I get an email with a tracking number on from the royal mail. The email also stated not to ask them about items until 90 days after you've purchased...so with this and the reviews, I thought my money was gone. But I was very surprised today to come home and find the kit delivered...it took 3 weeks to get here but it did arrive and can't complain about it.

Don’t bother buying from this site!!! Beware!! Company is a big fraud. I bought a medium t shirt with a players name, which wasn’t printed specially for my order but they refused to return making this as an excuse that named t shirt can not be returned. The t shirt was meant to be a medium but when arrived it was small. All I wanted as an exchange for large but they simply denied it making the print as an excuse. Again I bought an already printed t shirt, it wasn’t a personalised t shirt. I spent $70 on this item, highly disappointed!! First and last time I will be using this website. Save your money and buy from a legit company!

Delivery of my order was never made - zero accountability. Cost me $110

No POD has ever been shared!!! And yes, I will abuse you when you have stolen money from me!

Keep in mind this business has zero phone number or address. Keep well away!!!

Ordered a shirt as a birthday present for my nephew. The parcel was left on the front doorstep and stolen. Despite a delivery photo showing the parcel on a doorstep rather than handed to anyone, when I asked FC Retro to raise a complaint with Royal Mail they insisted it had been delivered. When I asked again they said that Royal Mail wouldn't refund it (despite the fact I know Royal Mail will refund in this instance). I asked for them to forward proof they'd actually raised a complaint with Royal Mail, and they stopped responding to my emails despite chasing them over a number of weeks. Royal Mail require the seller not the recipient to raise refund requests for items that have been stolen, meaning I'm now out of pocket £35 and had to order a replacement present elsewhere.

The shirt (Netherlands ‘88) is BEAUTIFUL. There was a delay in receiving it (due to US Postal Service) and communication was clear, fast, easy and friendly. By US standards, sizes run a bit small so if you’re unsure about L or XL, get the XL. Would 100% buy again!

I ordered my 2 T-shirts 6 July 2025. It is now 23 July 2025. I have never experienced this kind of wait time for 2 tops. Also no update or explanation from company. Maybe they’ll respond to this message letting me know what the situation is?

Fabulous customer service when my son ordered the wrong size shirt and left it ages to tell me it didnt fit! He has autism and FC went the extra mile in the way they resolved it for him. He was really pleased after worrying he would lose out. I really was impressed, thank you again.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a jersey which only arrived weeks later and the size is way too small. I tried to reach out twice to their customer service (which is just a form on their website) for a return and never heard back from them. Never again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is NOT bases in the UK like they claim. I have waited over a month for the shirt which is fake. I am in the process of getting my money back from my credit card company.

If you want a classic shirt that brings back amazing memories this is the place! This company is brilliant and I highly recommend them. Great quality shirts, brilliant range and fab customer service!

The after sale service is amazing. They respond quickly and understand and accommodate all requests whenever possible. I have ordered Germany jersey of 1990 to my son as my dad did to me in 1990. By mistake I forgot to write his name on custom printing so it came with MATTHAUS name in the back. So I contacted them and they very kindly agreed to send a new one with the printed name and very kindly agreed to keep the original one and not to return it.

The shirts they sent me don’t fit right, and the logo’s are misplaced. I’ve already been in contact with their customer service, they say they can’t help my any further, and now they just don’t answer my mails anymore. I’ve never done a bad review before, but they just leave me no choice… What a bad experience.
