Our stay at London was really good. I had booked an apartment which was in 3rd floor, but had no lift access to it. Kevin was very kind enough to help in transferring the booking to the ground floor apartment, which helped my parents a lot.. Plenty of accessories in the kitchen and safe and silent place to stay with easy access to central London, what else a tourists need!
