I have no memory of registering for your travel service. I do not require any assistance from you. I have my boarding passes on my phone via the airline app, and have organized our travel to and from Europe myself. I believe this is a fraudulent scheme and will be informing the authorities about your company. I am unsure of how you obtained my details, but it appears to be fraudulent. If any charges from your company show up on my account, I will contest them as fraudulent charges. Kindly take me off your contact list.

This company is a scan they give you a fake price and tell you that you dont have lugage or carry on and you are in a waiting list, call the air line and no information on the tikle or any waiting list.
they doble the price of the tiket when I call about the reservation. I call my bank and dissputed my charges and closed my account.

I definitely do not like being deceived. I understand no cancellations but no carry on or checked bag and NOT even the option of purchasing along with the fact that the ticket is standby!! Really disappointed that they call you to upsell you for almost double the price!! That’s not good customer service or advertisement. It’s deceptive and I don’t do well with deception! Definitely will NOT USE EVER AGAIN!!

One of the worst travel companies ever! Terrible Experience – Avoid FBC Travels

I had a deeply disappointing experience with FBC Travels. They lure customers in with the promise of low airfare, only to significantly increase the price once you’re engaged and committed. This practice is misleading, unethical, and unacceptable. I strongly urge others to stay away from FBC Travels – don’t fall for the bait-and-switch tactics.

Customer Service is so rude.
This company is a scam.
They talk to fast, fast enough for you not to understand what they are talking about.
Not even willing to work with customer. They don't mind taking your money without giving you a ticket. I would never never want to use this company.
They are so used to the complain that they will even taunt you when you talk to them.
It is not their first time to scam people.
I won't be their last for sure.

Miley provided excellent customer services. Miley provided me with updates to flight itinerary; Miley informed me when my flight tickets were available. As a 71 year old who has limited technological skills, I found Miley to be patient with me and informative of reservation expectations. Clearly a fake company for scamming. Offshore call employees with American names that call instantly after booking the flight saying nothings available and trying to scare you into giving them more money. They kept trying to say “let me talk to my supervisor” and come back with a “deal” which would lead me to spending more money. Watch Jim browning on YouTube and you will see all of their tactics for scamming

This is a scam, don't book thru FBC!

They changed our flight time and did not tell us until we got to the airport and called them. Instead of apologizing they decided to put the blame on us. When we said that we wanted to cancel and asked if we can get our refund they said no we will not be getting a refund and that we only get half of our refund if we book another day. Do not get your tickets from here, they are scammers and very good at scamming people

They changed our flight by 6 hours with out contacting leading to us losing 5 seats to Europe costing five thousand

This site seems to be NOT LEGIT. Agents are off-shore, overtalk you, and claim your ticket has to be “verified by the airline.” After you book your tickets on the website, someone calls you back with all sorts of restrictions. Finally I was told (by a very RUDE woman) that I was flying standby. I told her I wasn’t interested in flying standby and to cancel my ticket. She told me I could not cancel my ticket because of the “discounted price.” I went nuts and started screaming. The charge never hit my credit card. It’s been almost two weeks. If it does hit, I’ll dispute the charges. What a major pain!

Registered for a promotional offer with FBC Travel which was referred by cheapflights.com. They called back to discuss the restrictions which was ok. They said that passenger 2 was on standby and we would need to upgrade, doubling the price. I called the airline directly, there was no standby. Very mis leading with no restrictions listed on the promotions. They send a confirmation with terms and conditions and don't live up to those terms and conditions. They call you and no one can speak clear English. They talk fast, interrupting you, and trying to confuse you. Very rude! TOTAL SCAM! I immediately cancelled my card before they could make the acquisition, and reported them to the FTC, FBI, and OACP.

This is a SCAM company!!! Don’t buy flight ticket from them. They show you as low price but after you made the purchase, they then tell you on phone that the ticket isn’t allowed for ANY carryon bag or checkin bag. Of course they refuse to cancel the confirmation for you even within 24 hours of purchasing the ticket! I’ll have to call my bank and file a chargeback against them!! DONT buy from them if you don’t wanna get scammed

Agent Jesica was very cool and patient. She tried to help me very wisely and patiently. She tried hard to keep me very comfortable and handled the situation with ease and great calm.

These people have taken scamming to another level. They will make a booking for you, then corner you with the restrictions by the airline and then you will have to pay twice as much for your reservation to be confirmed.
Do not use them at all. They are 100% scammers.!
