Ordered on a Thursday and it was at my doorstep on Monday.

I placed an order for the mayan soap and it arrived quickly in a sealed bag. The quality was amazing and also got a good %. The only issue was i bought 250g and when i weighed it it was only 229g, but I will not complain about a missing 21g of quality dye. Would recommend

Erik is a great customer service representative. Great Quality and great services. I only wish their free shipping is a little bit quicker. And that they will give a price break to the ones who is buying more than 1kg. They do have 5kg bulk, but you are only saving $95 at the most, which is about 10%. I think they should have a price break if one were to buy (example 3kg). And I think one should get a bigger price break for buying 5 kg.
Overall, I am super pleased and will be a repeating customer.

I bought 1kg of the mayan soap. I made soap with it and only got 1 gram of dye from it. Their product is not made with quality bark, stay away. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and replace with quality product but they obviously don't care about the customer. I am not looking for free stuff just quality, and this was not it. I understand mistakes happen and I probably got a bad shipment, but to write me off as if I was looking to scam them says a lot. I guess the customer is always wrong until proven right.

I highly recommend buying MHRB from this company. I came across their website on Reddit. I have placed 4 orders for their Maya Soup powder. It seems to be difficult to find quality MHRB these days. I ordered a kg two different time and ordered 5kg two different times. Each time has been some of the highest quality MHRB I have gotten. Great communication from this company from the time I placed my my orders to when it was delivered to my door. They also have one of lowest prices on their MHRB. They have a free shipping offer and 2 or 3 day shipping offer. I tried both but would recommend the free shipping if you can wait an extra day.
