DO NOT ORDER

First delivery is appalling, you pay for standard delivery and the item takes upto 3 weeks to arrive.. AFTER I emailed them regarding the order, had I have not done this I wonder if I would have had any update or any item at all! Secondly the quality of the item is extremely poor, doesn’t match the photo, thin material, very different in colour denim, very disappointing! Thirdly there contact information must most definitely be incorrect it says they are addressed to London, but from the tracking information the item has come all the way from china? Now I know a lot of suppliers probably use over seas but surely this should be somewhere on the website so you have some sort of understanding why the only explanation to late delivery is because of this!! I wouldn’t even want to waste my time returning the items because who only knows how long or IF i would ever get a refund! Would never buy from these again!

Item ordered was such a high quality…

Item ordered was such a high quality and the despatch/delivery was brilliant - I'm very impatient so was thrilled with the swift arrival. I'd urge people to buy from small businesses and this company is worthy of this review and 5☆s

Delivery time took so long

Delivery time took so long , communication is also very slow when contacting company .was missing one item from parcel Disappointed with the items and very thin and are being sold on shein for less money ! I'd avoid this company as its all made in China rubbish . Had to buy new stuff elsewhere as too embarrassed to give these clothes as a gift !!!!

All good but sizing massive

I’m actually quite surprised seeing the other negative reviews but perhaps I was quite lucky. Placed my order with no issues, several emails to confirm order and shipment. Arrived within a couple of weeks. The only reason I dropped 1 star is that the item I ordered is MASSIVE, 2-3 years, but probably won’t fit my 98th percentile child until she is 4.

Dreadful

Dreadful. They claim to be British and a small company but they don't respond to emails and when my order eventually arrived it was from China. Complete rubbish. Trying to return but again they just ignore. Don't buy from this company. You might as well buy from Temu, better quality and arrives on time

Your order was dispatched in two separate parcels, and two tracking numbers were provided by email. One parcel has already been delivered and the second is currently in transit with the courier.

I ordered 2 items

I ordered 2 items, took a while to get them but that didn’t concern me too much as i wasn't in a rush for it. When it arrived only one item was in the parcel, yet it stated on the email they had sent both. I emailed them, sent a message through the website but heard nothing. I then messaged them on instagram and they replied saying it must have been an accident and sent me a refund. After reading these reviews I feel I’ve been quite lucky.

Order not received

Made an order 14/11/25 for a Christmas outfit for my baby along with some booties. The booties came but have not received the romper. I have since emailed twice with no response and no response when messaged on Instagram. Do not buy from this website!

Absolutely shocking product and after…

Absolutely shocking product and after service.
Received 2 pairs of toddlers suede boots 16 days after ordering. Colour beige rather than pink and he size being closer to a 2-3 year old rather than 13 months.
No correspondence from them asking for a refund.
How are these guys allowed to sell appalling products!

Drop shipping scam

Unfortunately it’s a drop shipping scam masquerading as a London based company. All items are from Ali express/similar. One of my items didn’t turn up, I was refunded but there was zero communication from any kind of customer service. Wish I’d read reviews beforehand, won’t be ordering again

Faye & Lyla is a UK-run small business, and we’re always open that many of our pieces are dispatched directly from our trusted overseas partner warehouses. This allows us to offer our curated collections at accessible prices, and our delivery timeframes are clearly shown on every product page, as well as in our Shipping Policy and FAQs before checkout.

The item that did not arrive was fully refunded as soon as this was reported, as we would never leave a customer out of pocket.

We do respond to all customer enquiries via our listed support channels, so if a reply hasn’t been seen it may have filtered into a spam/junk folder.

We completely understand that this fulfilment model isn’t for everyone, which is why we are always transparent about it so customers can make an informed choice.

SHOCKING!!

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Ordered an outfit on 7th April and still no sign of it arriving. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. No response from email or on thier website. Absolutely shocking!!!
