Speedy dispatch & delivery.

I've never placed an order with Favros before, but after reading the positive Trustpilot reviews, I ordered the Dreo Pilot Max tower fan on Friday, June 26. Since I placed my order late on Friday night, I didn't expect a speedy delivery, but to my amazement, FedEx delivered it today, June 29! Due to the current heatwave in the UK, it's been a struggle to find this fan anywhere because it's sold out everywhere, and my Honeywell tower fan was not cutting it and was circling nothing but hot air this past week. I was shocked to find the Dreo in stock when I spent some time searching for it on Google and found Favros. I am grateful for the speedy dispatch & delivery, given the current heatwave we're having. I love this fan. It's very cooling, even just at the lowest setting. I will be well-prepared for the next time temperatures are back up in the 30s. I will gladly place another order with Favros.

Excellent service

Had never used this company before, however due to the item be sustainably cheaper than others , decided to order with Favros, very quick, efficient and was ordered with no damage, which we have encountered before.

Garden storage box

Our garden storage was damaged when it arrived due to rough handling in transit, favros arranged collection and replacement quickly. Very happy with the product and service we received.
