Please consider using a different…

Please consider using a different courier service. Parcelforce do not leave the parcel at my home address. I’ve had to travel twice to the main delivery depot as Parcelforce ticked on the calling card to say item was returned to depot. When I called in at the depot I was told they didn’t have it so I had to wait another 24hrs before making the 20 mile round trip to collect it again. This wouldn’t be the first time this has happened. My dog seems to like the food so I’ll stick with you for the time being but please use a different courier service.
