DO NOT DEAL WITH GUERILLA REALTY/FAVORITEAGENT
Never received email confirmation/receipt. Support is non existent, I can't keep chasing this company around. Already poor service/no service. I spoke with Adam (Salesman) about their services. I was told that I would receive a demo and learn about their FREE CMA tools...aka 50 point CMA. This was merely a bait and switch, offering only paid services, we never covered the CMA, never went over the free tools...only a paid service, which was different from Chris Jones' initial webinar. I agree to Adams sales pitch and terms, he claims he was giving me the farm and had to create everything on his end and I couldn't use the form myself. I haven't received a receipt or confirmation of services/agreed terms. I have called and spoke to Levi Jones who claims he sent it out, so it's a too bad for me. I haven't received any login details until this morning. Their website is showing issues and I can't even get started. Levi sent an email, too bad, no refunds. I didn't even get to use anything or even fully login. This company not shows bad practices, poor service, bait and switch, but I'm paying for something that I didn't get.
