Hello,

I was having 267.00 GH/s for one year and now it is showing 2 GH/s in my account. I have purchases GH/s from you and now it is not showing there can you please check where my GH/s gone .. Last i was purchase 187.00 GH/s it is not shoing there. I thought this Plateform is good for mining and I invested and purchase a GH/s Power to increase my mining ... and it was increases ... Today I open a account what i am seeing my hash power gone there is only 2 GH/s power ... how it is possible ... also there is no option to contact them nor even i can create a Ticket.. I was purchase GH/S power for Tone.

Deposit is not credited in my account

Deposit is not credited in my account, just lost it...It would be good to fix this issue....when you pay it, it still hangs in deposit history invoices asking to be paid then opens faucetpay again to take the same. So it happened twice!
Other than that it still pays to faucetpay on free plan....
What for is a section with tickets when there is no link to support? Telegram has a channel but you can`t write about issue.
