3 business days come and gone and still…

3 business days come and gone and still my withdrawal is ‘under review’ emails ignored and when you message customer services you get the same auto text back saying your withdrawal is safe and will be processed as soon as possible!!! They’ve said all along that my withdrawal will be processed within 3 business days and now I’m getting told to wait even longer!!!!! I fear I’ve been scammed. I will update if I ever get my money, but I’m highly doubtful.

Update! My money did go in 2 days later than expected. Hopefully going forward withdrawals don’t take that long. If you want instant withdrawals then Fatpirate isn’t the place to play. I’m happy to wait 3 business days if it does go in within that time frame. Which on this occasion it didn’t

Decent odds but the interface slowed me down
I joined to bet on some Champions League games. The odds were great, which I liked, but I struggled a bit with the bet slip, it kept resetting when I tried to add multiple selections. I missed a few bets because of that! Not terrible, because I won anyway, but the experience felt clunky compared to other sites I've used.

I was locked out my account and…

I was locked out my account and password reset emails not coming through to my gmail. I multiply contacted their support via email as that is the ONLY method when not logged in stating I needed urgent help.
48 hours later I was given a temporary password to login to find that a new card had been added and deposited £10 (clearly not in my name or address) and had tried multiple withdrawal methods and finally stole my entire balance. I am still 7 days later unable to get the information I need from the company to even speak to someone who has the ability to deal with this.

I am currently £550 out of pocket due to poor service or possibly pirate website in double meaning.

I am convinced that I will be further ignored on the hopes that I go away and although I have specifically asked how it is possible that a person of different name and new card could even deposit then withdraw a balance once I had already emailed to get the account open with a new password that their payout process would not check that it's going to the right person

Had to leave a review because I was…

Had to leave a review because I was expecting the worst after reading some random forum posts and some reviews here. I've been playing for about 2 weeks now, mostly UFC, NBA and NHL. The interface is a bit basic but it loads quick which matters when you're trying to smash a live bet during a knockout round. Payouts usually land within couple oh hours. Only complaint is the search function could be better but that's minor.

Smooth site, slow withdrawals

Update: the withdrawal was completed not long after contacting them so bumped up a star.

Good range of slots, smooth site but very slow withdrawals. Almost into my 9th day waiting for £500.
Reached out to chat twice and while friendly both told me there's high volumes of requests and couldn't give an ETA.

Bad experience lost everything

I have playing on the casino for a while the withdrawal was 1000 k max so even if i had big wins i couldn't withdrawal all as we all know that addiction kicks in you keep on playing of course you not going to win anymore is like they stop the wins i have played 1500 on small bets and lost it in hours every time is bad I request to close it and after 2 months they reopen it without asking me they send me some spins of course my addiction kicked and i lost £ 600 then they close again my account purely scam what bad place

Hi All,

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. Reached VIP level 5 and was given access to a VIP manager however after depositing to activate several promotions i have now waited 3 weeks for a reply from the VIP department after not receiving the bonus’ or cashback offered in said promotions. Numerous unanswered emails and told to wait for an email everytime ive contacted live chat. Still no withdrawal 😡

I have been a member for quite a long time but my latest x 2 withdrawals of £500 on same day has been a week now and same excuses… I’m sick of the excuses they said it will be tomorrow 2 days ago and still nothing… the other sites I use who are similar I never have to wait this long !!! Be warey of this before depositing .

If you contact someone about it, you always get the same reply.
The site itself is nice to play and deposits are verry fast.

Bouns/ payout/ the casino just take your money.

Good experience

I have been on this account for over a year now hadn't won much in the first 6 months, which to be fair is gambling, you win some you loose some. But be willing to loose..
Over the last 6 weeks I won in total 3500 which you can only deposit 500 per day which isn't an issue for me. It's takes around 7 days for the funds to go in but all my withdrawals have gone in minus the currency exchange and I haven't had an issue.. I am now waiting for my final 1000 to go in should be in tomorrow.. also communication on chat is important.. it may be automated but explain your concerns in detail and your issue gets put to the top of the list. All in a good experience over the last two months...
